Pros:

スタッフの方にはよく挨拶をされ、親切で気持ち良かったです。身体障害の兄と隣の部屋に設定して戴き、エレベーターの近いところにして戴きました。感謝です。新しいホテルとは言えないですが、部屋は広く清掃も行き届いていました。
　朝食は、いずれも美味しかったです。スタッフの方には、兄のテーブルを数名の方で設定して戴き、有難かったです。
　部屋のベッドはＷベッドで、ゆったりと寝れました。

Cons:

部屋の鍵を“1本”しか渡されない経験は初めてです。しかも、鍵は部屋の照明に使います。大浴場へ行くなど、夫婦が別行動をした時などは、一人は部屋に入れず、何かと不便でした。
　また、部屋に金庫が無いので、フロントに貴重品を預けましたが、これも不便でした。
　部屋は広いのですが、テーブルは両サイドに分かれていて、お湯を沸かしてお茶を飲むには反対側のテーブルとソファまで運ばなければならず、その間が変に広い違和感が有りました。
　大浴場の内湯は細長く、洗い場も少ないので、二度目は入りたくないです。ジャグジーは外湯になるので、風も強く、寒くて入る気になりませんでした。

Pros:

It's a good location if you're exploring around Lake Biwa or want to go out to Chikubu Island. It has a somewhat faded charm. The staff are efficient, and the reception area is nice. It advertises a view from every room, but unfortunately, I was on the lowest floor and could see but not fully appreciate it. I imagine it would be beautiful from a higher floor!

Cons:

Not enough pillows. It also felt a little grubby around the edges, particularly the corners and edges of the wallpaper. I wasn't keen on the bedding arrangement: a sheet underneath a futon, rather than a cover enclosing it. Difficult to know how often, if ever, the top cover is washed. I wished I'd brought my own cover!

The hotel restaurants are a little expensive, and there isn't enough variety, especially considering it's no longer a top-end hotel. It's fine overall and the price is good, but a few things could be better.

スタッフも親切でした。自転車旅だったけど、また利用したいですね。
Pros:

朝食が良かった。日本人向けかな。非常に落ち着いて良いメニューだった。７階の大浴場も良かった。

Cons:

一点だけ、部屋に入ったところの入り口上の換気口？の清潔感が若干残念だった。たまたま、気づいたので・・・
