Odalar arası alçıpandan yapılmış olmalı o kadar çok sesten uyuyamadık ki bağrışmalar asla bitmedi

Bir gece konakladım. Otelin konumu Şirinevler metrobüs ve metro hattına çok yakın. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardım sever.

Klima kumandası yoktu o yüzden biraz üşüdük gece. Ama harici memnun kaldık şampuanlar ve sabunlar yetiyor, saç kurutma makinası mevcut. Memnun kaldık

uyuyamadik yatak cok rahatsizdi ve oda kesinlike fotograflardaki gibi buyuk degildi hareket alani cok kisitliydi

İlgi ve alaka iyiydi. Resepsiyondaki beyefendi çok nazik davrandı.

Super hotel en vriendelijke personeel

Otel fiyat/performans açısından uygun. Resepsiyon görevlileri saygılı ve yardımsever. Temizliği iyi. Sıcak su ve banyo imkanları oldukça iyi. Pencerelerde perde eksiği vardı. Ama internet muazzamdı. Lokasyon merkezi ama kozmopolitan. CNR a yakınlığı tercih sebebi.

Rezaletin göbek adı, Arap personel çalıştırmak bu kadar kolay olmamalı, kız arkadaşımla gittim aile oteliyiz bir daha böyle gelmeyin dendi. Elin arabı gelmiş ülkemde bana brifing veriyor. Ayrıca duş başlığı bozuk, klima çok dandik soğutmuyor bile.

Otelin konum olarak şehir merkezine yakın olması bizim ulaşımımızı rahatlatması dışında çok fazla iyi olduğunu söyleyemem.Odada çift kişilik yatak var görünüyor tek kişilik iki baza birleştirilmiş,ve arası açılıyor.Temizlik sadece çarşafın ve yastığın değişmesi olmamalı,çarşafın altı hep yemek kırıntısı susamlar falan vardı ve lekeliydi.Odanın içi yastıklara sinecek kadar sigara kokuyordu ve sabaha kadar o kokudan uyuyamadım.Birde elektrik prizi aradık gece gece :) resepsiyonu aradım bazayı biraz geri çek yatağın arkasında dedi,o derece gizlenmiş.Neyseki 2 gece kaldık ama verdiğim paraya değmedi.

There is no parking lot terrible Motel it’s not Hotel there is different between Hotel and Motel no WiFi no AC and bad service I been TJ hotel better 10 time then this motel !!!!!

Not bad if someone stay in this motel one or tow days that’s all!

You can get a better service with same price. I won't recommend this place at all. Bad customer service!!

Horrible hotel and reception staff-avoid at all cost.
I arrived late at night, at reception there were 2 boys in their 20's who knew just a few words in English. I had to change the room 3 times because they were all dirty, the 2nd room was the tip of the iceberg with pee and poo streaks! It was too late for a single female to wonder around a dodgy area to find another hotel, and I was exhausted so I had to settle for the 3rd room, whose fan was as noisy as a tractor trailer. The room conditions were unbearable so I found another hotel and left the next morning. I discussed the issue with a Turkish guy who blamed me for not finding another place if I didn't like the rooms-speaking of basic manners or customer service. He refused to take any responsibility for the filthy rooms, we had a nasty argument, and I asked for refund of the 2nd unused night. He refused to go to the bank because the refund amount wasn't worth the wait ?!, and he said he didn't care. He threatened me with the video footage pointing at the camera (complete non-sense), which showed nothing but just an argument, and kicked me out of the hotel. The guy was complete idiot to treat any visitor, let alone a foreign woman like that. Clearly he has zero manners, was interrupting me all the time, and was overall very arrogant.
Orbitz offers ZERO protection to customers against verbal abuse or refunds for appalling dirty rooms, so I'll have to fight for my refund though another channel.

Ulaşımı kolay, merkezde bir yer.

The location is great. The room is spacious and clean. The price is quite reasonable.

Lage war sehr gut Metro und Metrobus sehr schnell zu erreichen. Personel sehr freundlich. Zimmer etwas klein aber okey. Sauberkeit hätte etwas besser sein können. Direkt neben dem Hotel ist ein Muzikol die Musik war laut.
