The hotel is wonderful, but the pool is not heated and we could not use it because it was freezing
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious and close distance to the places we wanted to go

Cons:

The whole reason why I spent an extra hundred dollars to come to this hotel instead of staying at an Airbnb is to bring my daughter to the heated pool, which was freezing cold so we couldn’t use it

Decent stay
Pros:

Decent location, nice room

Cons:

Staff wasn’t very friendly. The noise level from people walking above us and next door was too loud. People slamming doors constantly.

Did not get the room we needed

The staff members were very nice. The room was spacious and clean... for a 1-bed + 1 sofa room, which we did not book

Cons:

We had 3 guests and booked a room with 2 beds + 1 sofa. When we arrived, the front desk told us they only had a room with 1 bed + 1 sofa; everything else was sold out. This was very disappointing since we paid extra to stay here precisely so that we didn't have to share beds. We have no complaints about the front desk agent -- he was very nice and helpful, but there was nothing he could do.

Good value clean roomy space and close to all the fun places.
Pros:

The rooms had plenty of room to move around and unpack our clothes for the week. The room was clean. Staff friendly.

Cons:

The pillows are horrible,I used 5 to make one decent one but did not work. The bathroom needs an exhaust fan for the shower steam. The tv was kinda annoying to figure out and front desk people said they didn’t have a manual for that tv so could not help us figure it out.

Holland/Saugatuck 3 night stay.
Pros:

Very comfortable beds and like having a kitchenette in the room.

Cons:

Slow sink drain in bathroom 🚻 We didn't communicate the concern. It's not that big of an issue. Suggest having liquid soap for bathroom sink rather than bat soap which is messy.
