I have family in the area and will be staying here again (and again).
Pros:

Everything about this place was better than I expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was impressive (great coffee!). The room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

I can't think of anything that could have been better.

Pleasant staff
Good breakfast

Cons:

First room, water in shower didn’t work. Had to pack items to move. Also room was infested with lady bugs as well that kids enjoyed counting. Me not so much.
Moved to second slightly smaller room which was infested with carpet bugs.

Pros:

Close proximity to Great Wolf Lodge

Cons:

The room wasn't deep cleaned. The top of the fridge was dusty and there were red stains on the floor under the fridge. Also the pull out couch mattress cover had holes in it as well as the covers used to make it up.
