Отличный бассейн с видом на город, просторный номер, вкусные завтраки, отличное расположение в 7 минутах от Башен Петронас, станции метро KLCC, рядом несколько магазинов
Бассейн официально работает до 22:00. В 21:55 приходит персонал, выключает свет, закрывает кабинку для переодевания и душ. Пришлось идти в номер в купальнике, В самом номере не хватает света.
Room was clean and comfortable with all basic amenities and an iron and kettle.
there was power cut on enight and loud announcements were made that woke me up.

Room was a little small location was near protronas towers but a little far from cafes and shops at bukit bintang. Busy road outside very uneven pavements
The location is nice, the beds and sheets were very fine. The breakfast was good as well.
We stayed twice, first for two nights then for one more. The first time we arrived in the morning, long before the check-in time, and the staff couldn’t offer me any options of the early check in, they didn’t even bother to check if there are any rooms available. The room we got was nice though.
The second time we got a twin bed room instead of a double one, and the bathroom condition wasn’t good. The shower door didn’t close completely and I could see some tape on top of it which was supposed to fix it. There was also some black mould on the ceiling.
The pool on the roof is rather small and crowded with no loungers.
