Great strategic location, very convenient to get around KLCC. The breakfast and lunch were also really good.
The parking area is quite narrow and the room was a bit small. I also left my iPhone charger behind, and the staff said they would call me back to arrange a time for me to collect it. Unfortunately, I still haven’t received any call until now. The follow-up was quite unresponsive.
Location. Purified water in room. Good breakfast buffet. Spacious dining hall.
Having gym on 31 floor. Open 24 hrs a day. Above my room I could hear the dumbbells being taken from storage rack or put back in. Staff moved me to room on lower floor to sleep in and apologized. Good job on their part
Чисто, комфортно, в коридоре ковер, мебель новая, есть рабочий стол, телевизор, фильтр воды. Внизу приятная кофейня. Когда проходила чек-in все объяснили, персонал приветливый. Не пришлось тратить время на заселение
Номер небольшой, но это такой формат сети. Полотенца могли бы быть получше, очень тонкие. Розетки тройные, но с возможностью использования type-c или usb не помню, однако вилка моя в них шаталась. Также я не смогла использовать высокомощный фен выпрямитель, трещал ток. Под мебелью пыль, которую давно не убирали. Окно не открывается, и балкона нет, отчего чувствуешь себя как в коробке. По телевизору ничего нельзя было посмотреть. Зона бассейна не очень понравилась, но зато его сделали красивым для фото, за исключением стройки. Также не видно башен близнецов. Вечером было полно детей, бассейн маленький для такого количества номеров, до обеда никого не было и было тихо. Стоимость высокая, но я не в курсе средних цен
The bed is very comfortable
The bathrooms are not well maintained. The cleaners clean like they are not paid their salaries. We would find unwashed mugs after room tidying. The towels are very old and have lost colour
Saya sukakan suasana di dalam bilik yang simple dan praktikal. Pemandangan bandaraya Kuala Lumpur yang indah di waktu malam. Saya juga suka konsep bekalan air bertapis berterusan yang disediakan di dalam bilik berbanding hotel-hotel yang menyediakan air di dalam botol.
Bukan masalah yang besar cuma agak lucu bila katil yang disediakan mengeluarkan bunyi sedikit setiap kali saya membuat pergerakan semasa berbaring di atasnya.
