The front desk was very very rude .

I didn’t like anything about this property. The customer service was very rude and disrespectful. He even denied me a room after he said everyone was available.

Ridiculous parking fee. Hard wood floor bed. Cinder block pillows. AC sounds like a weed wacker

Rooms were modern and clean

Cons:

Charged a parking fee. $12 per night. Very cheesy, never have had that happen to me. The shower wasnt working properly. The sink drained extremely slowly. The front door wouldnt latch half of the time. The beds were like sleeping on a hard wood floor. The pillows were the most uncomfortable pillow I ever felt.

Overall stay was great, wasn’t in the room much just to sleep and get ready. Nothing fancy
Pros:

I like the cleanliness of the hotel, staff was great, coffee and refresher water were great!!

Cons:

I would have like complimentary breakfast and or better vending machines. One was broken and the other kept our money and snacks didn’t come out. Elevator was also very sketchy glad we were on the first floor.
