Nice hotel
Pros:

The room I got was really big.
They have a cafe/bar inside the hotel.
I actually had a view.
The bathroom was separate from the shower area.

Cons:

The location was about 2ins by walk to Tokyo station.

The room was so tiny we had to pay to upgrade. Looked old and tired. I know Ginza is an expensive area but this was over priced.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Mas o tamanho dos quartos e o serviço deixa a desejar.

Localização ótima.
Perto de estações de metrô, lojas e restaurantes.

Cons:

Quarto minúsculo. Cama colada na parede.
Atendimento na recepção fraco.
Café da manhã com poucas mesas e poucas opções.

Cómodo, moderno y limpio.
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, las instalaciones son modernas, limpias y acogedoras. Se pide hacer un pre-checkin que agiliza bastante el proceso. En caso de querer dejar las maletas en el hotel previo al checkin, en el 2do piso hay lockers grandes para almacenar tu mismo las maletas.

Cons:

El hotel no proporciona paraguas los días de lluvia. Y el acceso a tomar taxi es un poco complejo frente al hotel porque cuentan con una jardinera y barreras.

Upon arrival it felt that the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. We found stains on the sheets and a wrapper a food wrapper in between the sheets
