Clean. Great loca
Pros:

Good location. Near metro, supermarkets and shopping. Quiet at night. Firm bed. Ultra clean. Super nice and helpful staff

Cons:

Small room. The double bed is comfy but even for myself there is no space to place my large 23kg suitcase. I places the carryon below the bed.

Una buona scelta per visitare Tokyo.
Pros:

Ottima struttura in una posizione comoda, a breve distanza dalla stazione di Tokyo e da diverse fermate della metropolitana che consentono di raggiungere facilmente ogni zona della città. La camera era pulita e funzionale, con dimensioni accettabili per gli standard giapponesi. Abbiamo apprezzato il pavimento senza moquette e la finestra parzialmente apribile, caratteristiche non sempre scontate. Molto utile anche il servizio di spedizione bagagli. Una scelta pratica e confortevole per soggiornare a Tokyo.

אונסן של המלון כייפי ומפנק עם מוצרי טיפוח הכי טובים
מעולה לנחיתה רכה בטוקיו. כייף להגיע אחרי יום ארוך להירגע באונסן.

Cons:

ウォシュレットが壊れていたのでフロントに言いましたが、結局、二泊三日の間使えませんでした。

A bit of an "all fur coat and no knickers" experience—looks great, but the practical details let it down.
Pros:

It had a little gym, an ice-maker and vending machine. Lovely boxed water in the fridge free of charge everyday. Lovely staff. Downstairs in reception they had free amenities ie. Toothbrushes +paste, hair brushes, etc…. Location is handy. It had a little bar restaurant that looked nice.

Cons:

The lifts were slow, particularly from higher floors, as they frequently stopped on multiple levels.

Our Deluxe Twin room was much smaller than expected and felt quite dark due to the navy décor and limited natural light. The window overlooked what appeared to be unused balcony and air-conditioning units, making the room feel enclosed.

The bathroom lighting was also inadequate, with no light above the sink. A portable makeup mirror is provided, but I found it difficult to apply makeup without moving it to the window for natural light, which was limited. While this may not bother everyone, it's worth being aware of when booking.
