Great value and great location
Pros:

Great location. Close to transport and shopping. Hotel is quiet and clean. Staff is very friendly.

Cons:

The beds were extremely firm. The room never got dark because the blinds were a few inches short of the window.

We enjoyed our stay & would come back again at this hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is walking distance to shopping in Ginza. Nice room lay-out & it is spacious enough for 3 people. Easy to get ready in the morning with the separate toilet, tub & shower.

Great location, but hotel needs an update!
Pros:

Great location. Rooms are fine but they are stating to look a bit used and could do with an upgrade. location is the best and they I chose it but you need to do an upgrade soon and also get some new beds.

Cons:

Marks on all the walls and toilet didn't work properly.
Needs an overhaul as this has been run on very high occupancies since its opening many years ago. I have stayed more than 10 times and its all about the location.

Pros:

The location is okay to walk to Tokyo station by 15 mins. It is in the central of Ginza so it is very convenient to shopping around. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good locker room to store luggage.

Cons:

The room is very small and it was very tight for 2 adults. Considering the value of money, I would not come back to stay here again.

Decent value but not a four star hotel. Would look elsewhere.
Pros:

Very convenient location with clean room

Cons:

The “omen” is honestly ridiculous. It is poorly kept with calcium deposits around and no running water but it’s hot. Rooms are teeny tiny which is expected but the biggest issue is they blast the heat and despite multiple asks would not or could not cool our room. Opening a window isn’t a great option as it’s very noisy outside.

Pros:

Хороший отель в центре, рядом с метро и с главной улицей для шоппинга, специально остановились здесь в последний день перед вылетом, чтобы было комфортно ходить по магазинам. Отель чистый, персонал приветливый
