Exceptional for a last minute booking
Pros:

Conveniently located , room was spacious and staff were hospitable. It was a last minute booking on Christmas day so I was very happy that had rooms available and I ended up extending my stay for another week .
They also had washing lines available for laundry

Cons:

Room service- you need to inform them the morning of, otherwise your room doesn't get cleaned.

Website description is deceptive. What you see is not what you experience sadly.
Pros:

Very limited options for breakfast. Any extra you have to pay

Cons:

Bad location. Facility standard poor. Room cleanliness did meet expectations. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to family and friends. I would rate this facility way below international standards and have difficulty in giving them any stars.

Pros:

The property claimed someone was on the desk 24/7; they weren't. Phone calls were not answered, nor text messages under ' contact the property'.
Upon arrival, the bed linen and towels did not seem clean. The tv did not work. There was more than a suspicion of bed bugs. I had sores on my body. Crockery etc was not well-presented and insufficient.
