Souq Al Wakra Hotel Qatar By Tivoli

Everything was so nice from the moment we entered the receptionist Shamshina was very friendly and I had a special request to have a note for my family in the room and when she realised it wasn’t done she promptly was able to make it happen smoothly and surprise my family with it and they even had a cute elephant shape made of towels on the bed. Additionally, we even got a complimentary upgrade for one of the rooms since I had previously came before to this hotel before. Yesterday night the staff who was driving the club cart car was very helpful and took us to souq and he even offered to come back later to pick us up. The staff were also all very friendly and nice and because we didn’t want to ride with a male driver in the club cart since we were all ladies so Khadija from the receptionist kindly came to drive us from our room to the restaurant which was very kind and considerate of her. The breakfast was also amazing and so delicious and the chef sameer made for us delicious waffles and pancakes. He even made for me and ny sister eggs benedicts upon request which was very kind of him. Also special thanks to Kushal and Shamshina. Last but not least, Mary from the restaurant was super friendly with us and very helpful she helped take our pictures, brought us drinks/food we asked for and offered to take a family photo for us. I truly appreciate all the staff in Souq Al Wakra hotel they are one of the main reasons my family and I enjoyed our stay here. Thank you so much for being a part of our “Happy Family Day”.

Excellent service with a friendly team and a very pleasant ambiance. I thoroughly enjoyed the spa and hydro pool facilities. The dinner and breakfast options were also good and offered a satisfying variety.

One of the highlights of my stay was the 24-hour gym, which made it convenient to maintain my fitness routine regardless of my schedule. The hotel also has direct access to the beautiful Wakra Beach boardwalk, which is perfect for peaceful morning runs, evening strolls, or late-night walks by the sea. The atmosphere is relaxing and adds so much to the overall experience.

The place is so good specially the spa staff they were amazing. We had a nice time on the hydropool and also the therapist there is really professional. I want to thank them all and Ann the manager

I felt the value for the service offered. I was welcomed at the hotel reception and was escorted to the SPA reception where I was given the hibiscus tea. The therapist assisted me with the consultation form. I had the best massage I’ve had in years for sure I’ll come back

The Spa team was amazing they offered us to take the deep tissue massage for we informed them that we had a long flight and we wanted our muscles to relax it was awesome and a sure to repeat whenever i come to qatar. Special thanks to Ann at the reception
