Amazing team running a nice hotel
Pros:

The hotel is very nice but what is really remarkable is the staff. From the receptionist to the people who help you with the luggage and help you figure out the facilities, everybody does an amazing job on making the guests feel comfortable. Koodos to the entire team!

Cons:

If you don't mind using a golf car to navigate through the facilities, there is nothing to don't like there. And the golf car come extremely quick when you need them.

Ein eindrucksvolles Hotel, wie es kein zweites gibt, mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Man hat das absolute Gefühl der Sicherheit. Das Hotel, das dem daneben liegenden historischen Souk nachempfunden ist, wird an den Ein- und Ausgängen bewacht. Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden lang besetzt. Es gibt diese Verbindung von alt und modern. Die Zimmer sind in Höfen gruppiert, die Räume mit dieser historischen Deckenverzierung, einer Kombination aus Holz und Teppichen, versehen. Andererseits sind die Zimmer modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bett ist breit und mit sehr dicken Matratzen versehen. Das Frühstück kann man innen im Restaurant oder außen in dem Innenhof einnehmen. Für das Baden am Strand soll man sich unbedingt an die Bedingungen halten, die auf der dort stehenden Tafel vermerkt sein. Am besten, man kauft vorher die "bescheidene Badekleidung", d.h. lange Hose und Kleid mit langen Ärmeln, mit der es sich erstaunlicherweise gut schwimmen lässt. Es gibt aber auch ein Swimmingpool in der Anlage, wo man mit normaler Badekleidung liegen kann.

Cons:

Mir hat alles gefallen. Als Anregung könnte man vielleicht angeben, dass es einen Kaffeeautomaten geben sollte, mit denen man sich gleich beim Buffet, die Getränke richten kann.

The worst Hotel Experience
Cons:

This hotel does not deserve its 5-star rating. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, far below acceptable standards. Even worse, they have been dishonest about my refund—I checked out early and am still waiting for payment for two unused nights(45 days later), despite multiple peaceful attempts to resolve the issue. Completely unprofessional. Avoid.

Friendly staff, beautiful grounds and setting, lovely quiet room (fell asleep to the sound of birds) and excellent food.

Cons:

I probably should have booked a tour to the city centre or to a local natural park as I seemed to have a lot more time on my hands than I realised. The area of Al Wakra is lovely and peaceful but I probably could have taken more advantage of my time to see more of Doha

Wow 🤩 wo soll ich anfangen ?

Dieses Hotel ist ein Traum. Die Hotelanlage ist wirklich wie ein großer Souq aufgebaut, sodass man trotz der vielen Zimmer nicht das Gefühl hat in einem großen Hotelbunker zu sein.

Die Zimmer sind wunderschön groß und sehr sauber. Es gibt alle Pflegeprodukte, Tee, Kaffee und eine große Dusche.

Es gibt zwei zusammengehörige Hotels . Wir waren im Schwesternhotel, welches genauso schöne Zimmer (eher kleine Wohnung) hat. Beide Hotels sind direkt an einer schönen Strandpromenade mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Cafés . Man läuft ca. 25min zum Haupthotel, wo sich das Frühstücksslokal und der Pool befindet. Wenn das zu weit ist kann man sich jederzeit kostenlos mit dem Buggy (Golfcard) fahren lassen.

Der Service war unschlagbar. Ich wurde einen Tag vor Abreise krank und uns wurde ein kostenloses Late Checkout angeboten, damit ich mich noch ein wenig erholen konnte.

Das aber mit Abstand allerbeste an dieser Unterkunft war das sensationelle Frühstück und die Herzlichkeit des Restaurant Personals . Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Frisch gepresster Orangensaft, Brötchen, leckere frische Aufstriche, Croissant, Omelette und vieles mehr .

Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr Kinderfreundlich und so herzlich.

Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder übernachten.

Der Pool könnte etwas beheizt werden.

Parfait, joi et confortable hôtel proche de l’aéroport sans aucune nuisance, le soir vous pourrez vous promener sur le bord de mer ou vous trouverez pas mal d’échoppes et restaurant, tout est très agréable
