I liked the location as it was near the beach, the friendliness of the staff is superb
The AC in the room hits right at the head of the sleeper, we couldn’t adjust the airflow, we woke up sickly after that night.
The waiting for the ride from the beach to the room was too long, we had to walk after a long wait.
I asked the receptionist to ask for room cleaning but came back to find the room as it was.
Property itself was lively. Very well laid out in the heart of the old souq. Staff were amazing rooms were a good size.
The shower had quite low pressure and didn’t get warm and the bathroom amenities were pretty low grade. Our room was ready on arrival but we were still made to pay early check in fee, don’t mind doing it if we requested and it change hotels workload, but steep when the room is already available.

All the staff at the resort were exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful. Their sincere care and solution-oriented approach to every issue we encountered made us feel truly comfortable and valued. The resort’s facilities, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were also beyond our expectations. It provided us with a wonderful holiday experience, combining comfort with excellent service.
We felt right at home and enjoyed a peaceful and delightful stay that we will always remember. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the entire team for making our holiday so special. We would highly recommend this resort and look forward to staying here again in the future!
Although this was not a major issue, I think it is worth mentioning that the hotel was a little far from the main attractions and sightseeing spots. However, this did not significantly affect our overall experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
