Greatest food and service from Vivian and Zeid was fantastic!
Beautiful and peaceful resort-style hotel by the sea. Friendly and helpful staff, a nice pool, and convenient golf cart transportation around the property.
Breakfast options were limited, and some dishes felt more suitable for lunch. I would love to see more traditional Qatari breakfast items such as regag bread and chapati.
I had a wonderful experience at the spa The reception service was warm and welcoming, especially Sabith, who was very friendly and professional. Donna did my massage and she was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, professional, and made the whole experience so relaxing. I left feeling refreshed and completely satisfied. Thank you, Sabith and Donna, for the wonderful service. I’ll definitely be coming back
Nice, quiet, private stay. Quick service and all of our concerns were addressed appropriately. Staff were very nice and accommodating, including but not limited to Mr. Redad and chef Sameer. Special thanks to Ms. Nethra she was very sweet and helpful throughout. For a more inclusive experience for tourists I would suggest to go during the colder months.

Hospitality is an art, and unfortunately, my experience at Souq Al Wakra Hotel was far from what I expected from a hotel of this standard.
I sincerely request the management to review the efficiency and service standards of the team. Starting with the room itself, what was shown in the pictures and what I actually received were completely different. The room was extremely small, with hardly enough space for two people to stand or move around comfortably.
What disappointed me even more was the service. Throughout my stay, I had to repeatedly remind the staff about basic things that should have been taken care of without a guest having to constantly follow up. At some point, it becomes exhausting when you have to keep asking for everything.
I honestly don't even want to go into every detail because there were simply too many things that made the stay unpleasant.
For a property positioned at this level, guests should feel looked after, not feel like they have to manage their own stay. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and reviews the service standards and staff efficiency.
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience and would not choose to stay here again.

I went to Souq Al Wakra Hotel Spa for a body scrub and it was exactly what I needed. The room was warm and calming, and the exfoliation was thorough without being harsh. My skin feels so smooth and I honestly left feeling 5kg lighter🤭. The staff were kind and professional too. The all experience was worth my money and i highly recommend if you want that full reset.
