一週間前にホテル都合で一方的にキャンセルされ困った
Pros:

そもそも、泊まることすらできませんでした。

Cons:

数カ月に予約したにも関わらず、旅行の1週間前にホテル都合でキャンセルされました。しかも、連絡はホテルからは一切無く、booking.comのカスタマーサービスからで、理由もよくわからず極めて不誠実な対応と思いました。(booking.comのカスタマーサービスは丁寧でした)

代替のホテルを探すにも、直前かつアルベロベッロにはそもそも数が少なく困りました。しかも、直前になるにつれて価格が高騰しておりBooking.comから定額の補償は頂けるようですが若干足が出ました。

なお、泊まってないのにBooking.comからレビュー依頼が来るのは良いシステムですね。キャンセルされても問題ない方だけにお勧めできますね。

Una conferma eccellente dopo due anni
Pros:

Siamo tornati in questa struttura dopo due anni e non possiamo che confermare l'ottima esperienza passata. La posizione è strategica: a pochissimi passi a piedi dal centro, ideale per muoversi in totale comodità. Lo staff si è dimostrato, ancora una volta, estremamente cordiale e sempre disponibile per ogni necessità. La nostra stanza era spaziosa. La colazione: varia, abbondante e di ottima qualità.

Η τοποθεσία είναι η ιδανική, ακριβώς στην αρχή του πεζόδρομου! Το πρωινό ήταν καλό, αρκετά πλούσιο και περιλάμβανε καφέ!

Cons:

Στο δωμάτιο είχε πολλή ζέστη επειδή δεν υπάρχει κλιματισμός. Το βράδυ δεν μπορούσαμε να κοιμηθούμε....Υπήρχαν δύο ανεμιστήρες οι οποίοι δεν δρόσιζαν το χώρο.
