Unzuverlässiges Reservierungssystem
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof. Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden geöffnet.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat bei Anreise für die Übernachtung mehr Geld verlangt als bei der Buchung vereinbart war. Das wurde mit der Funktionsweise des IT-Systems des Hotels begründet. Das mit Kreditkarte für die Spätanreise garantierte Zimmer war nicht verfügbar. Das IT-System schien wichtiger zu sein als Vereinbarungen mit dem Gast. Jedenfalls konnte die freundliche Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption das Problem mit der „starren“ IT nicht lösen.
Der ca. 40 Jahre alte Aufzug darf nicht jederzeit genutzt werden. Leider gab es im Hotel und in der Umgebung später am Abend (21 Uhr) keine erkennbare Möglichkeit für ein zumindest kleines Abendessen.

Solide mit gutem Frühstück
Pros:

Obwohl das Hotel direkt am Bahnhof liegt, ist es absolut ruhig. Bemerkenswert: selbstgemachter Obstsalat für das Müsli und frische knackige Brötchen am SONNTAG. Und eine gute Espresso-maschine ist auch vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Lage ist zum Bahnhof ideal, aber in die Innenstadt sind es 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Mit dem Bus ist es auch nicht schneller, da er selten fährt und die Haltestelle zu weit weg ist.
Für Autofahrer ist die Lage sicher anders.
Die Zimmereinrichtung ist etwas abgewohnt, dafür ist der Übernachtungspreis ok.

Für eine Zwischenübernachtung völlig ok
Pros:

Zimmer, Bad - alles okay. Haben um zwei ruhige Zimmer gebeten. Waren auch geschützt von Straßenlärm, allerdings nicht vor dem Schlagen der Zimmer- und Durchgangstüren auf dem Flur bis in den späten Abend und ab dem frühen Morgen.

Cons:

Frühstück war okay, aber die Auswahl könnte größer und die Qualität des Angebots besser sein! Kaffee ausschließlich in Thermoskannen auf den Tischen - eher warm als heiß.
