Awful,Unsafe,disgusting. Owner ROBBED US! Don't go

My husband and I booked this place for a week and ended leaving it after just one night due to the fact that our 5 months old baby (at the time) got a virus in the bed that he slept in, the mattress was... ( please see the photos attached)
The owner promised to give us a full refund 2 days later (on a Monday) of course he never did. So HE ROBBED US! The place is an absolutely disgrace, it can't be called a hotel, it I see just a DIRTY HOLE. And I am not talking about a few marks in the walls..., I am talking about holes in the walls, unsafe cables, a mini broken blanket, curtains completely broken, the mattress full of dirt as one can see in the pictures bellow..., etc etc.... Wifi we never found it within the whole place!
If I am telling my story is to prevent somebody else to have such a HORRIBLE holiday as we did.
We contacted hotels.com and they also called the owner of this place on numerous occasions and he promised the full refund, more than 2,000.00TL (€300) but he never did and he stopped answering the phone to us and also to hotels.com. So I repeat, THE OWNER ROBBED US!

Uzun yıllardır tatil yapar be çok otel de konaklarım. Otel konum olarak iyi fakat böyle bir hizmet anlayışı yok tuvaletler leş gibi herşey dahil felan değil 3 çeşit yemek var dedikleri 1 çorba 2 pilav 3 kuru fasulye herşey küçük plisatik bardaklarda veriliyor 4 gün parası ödemiştim 1 gece sonunda diğer 3 günü iptal edip çıktım bu kadar pis olan bir otel görmedim sonra başka bir otele geçtim daha ucuz bir yere ama inanılmaz güzel be temiz bir otel çalışanlar harika insanlar Stone hill butik otel kesinklikle tavsiye ederim

Deniz güzel otel başarısız
Pros:

Tek kelime ile başarısız. Maalesef kimseye tavsiye edemiyorum. Ama hakkını vermek adına plaj ve deniz çok güzel. Otel ise bana göre kötü işletiliyor. Beklentilerinizi düşük tutarsanız belki çekilebilir.
