Hotel Family

We stayed at this family hotel for 5 nights, and it was absolutely beautiful. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. We’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend!

Booked a apartment as i have two kids. Kitchen facility and dinning/ living room area was a amazing touch when it came to eating dinner in around the breakfast bar or very large tea table as a family.

Room was clean and had ample bedding as you could turn the sofas in the livingroom into beds.

Breakfast was great, option of hot and cold meats. The kids absolutely destroyed the hot chocolate and freshly squeezed orange/ lemon juice.

Travel, bus stop outside the hotel and comes every hour, on this occasion i had no need for this service as i had a hired car. Word of advice if you are scared of heights and have never driven a left hand drive, be prepared. The roads are either going up the mountain or down where you dont need to use the accelerator as gravity will help you pick up great speeds or through the mountain. I have never been so scared as you do go to disturbingly high altitudes. People will not honk you if you are slow but will drive around you in a busrt of speed so leave a gap for them to come into or you are going through the barrier and down the mountain as this is what the country consists of.

Now for the most important bit that made this hotel stand out and why i will be coming back regardless if the marriot gave me a free room, the STAFF. You couldn't get nicer people. Freindly, helpful and willing to have a chat and give you advice on any concerns you may have about going.

Perfect hotel for our family stay. We had a car so the free parking definitely helped as did the location meaning we could get out to Travnik and mostar quicker. Will definitely stay here again. Everyone was friendly and the entire place was clean.

Es muy bien hotel . La ubicación es buena , el desayuno es un poco flojo creo que podría ser más internacional , tiene buena variedad pero solo con comida local, la habitación es tremenda muy buena y muy cómoda, la amabilidad de la gente del hotel fue muy buena y gran Atención

Host is like a mother to all her guests and her daughter, Anna, an amazing manager of this property. Will come back here when weather is not very hot.

The staff were great and provided good recommendations with drivers, restaurants and city attractions.

Well located hotel, with a nice breakfast prepared every morning. The reception and the employees are all very hospitable and communicate in a very friendly manner. Booking a taxi from there to other places in Sarajevo is also very easy. I would recommend it to every household with children visiting Sarajevo. Thank you Esmir and crew!

The are very nice and welcoming. Everything was clean ans fresh. Breakfast is delicious and always fresh and the best breakfast that I've ever had.

Very nice and helpful staff. Nice clean space that easily holds a family of four. If you like a firm mattress you will like the bed. The breakfast is good considering the price as there is a variety of things available.

The room is quite big enough for big family. Very clean, nice and new renovation. Best for all.

We really enjoyed staying here. Great hotel, spacious apartment and top class service. Breakfast was ok and location too but We will definitely recommend this hotel to all. We felt welcomed all through the stay. The receptionist even packed us water and fruits when we were leaving which felt so thoughtful.
