Pros:

El personal del hotel es muy amable, y las instalaciones preciosas. Lo único es que no tienen ascensor para acceder al segundo piso pero se encargan de ayudar en lo que haga falta para facilitar el acceso.

Pros:

La ubicación es buena.
El señor que nos atendio en la noche, se me escapa el nombre en este momento, fue muy amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Nos ayudo consiguiendo un tour.

Cons:

El internet no funcionaba muy bien en la habitación, tal vez porque estabamos en la parte de atras. Teniamos que salir al patio para poder conectarnos.

Pros:

El Sr. Vicente que nos atendió de noche fue súper amable y servicial. Destaco mucho su atención porque fue la primera interacción que tuvimos con el hotel.

Cons:

Consultamos si podíamos dejar las maletas de un día a otro, a comienzo nos dijeron que si, pero luego nos dijeron que teníamos q pagar un extra porque ellos no eran “bodega” . No me parece mal que cobren, si desean hacerlo, pero la explicación no fue la más empatica.

Maravilloso hotel colonial en Antigua
Pros:

Nos encantó el alojamiento, muy bonito, limpio, bien decorado y tranquilo. También el personal de ahí super amable y servicial además nos guardaron una maleta para que fuésemos a hacer la subida al volcán Acatenango.

Cons:

El wifi no llegaba bien a la habitación y no podíamos navegar en ella. La calefacción estaba muy alta por las noches y nos despertamos con dolor de garganta.

Pros:

Beautiful garden, big and nice room. Clean. Comfy bed. Staff very kind and friendly.

Cons:

You can hear what is going on in the other rooms, early in the morning you could hear what was going on in the kitchen. The TV remote control did not work.
