Super emplacement, personnel serviable mais propreté moyenne et niveau de service à prendre en compt
Pros:

Localisation magnifique, à quelques pas du Duomo.
Emplacement plutôt au calme, fenêtres hyper isolantes et volets pour ne pas être dérangés.
Chambre plutôt spacieuse, avec pas mal de rangements.

Cons:

Accueil compliqué car pas de personnel en permanence, sonnette de la porte d'entrée défectueuse et lecteur de carte qui ne fonctionne pas. Donc à chaque fois il fallait appeler pour rentrer à l'hôtel.
Dans le hall, aucune aération, donc une odeur moyenne, un peu renfermée. mais impossible d'aérer car pas de fenêtres.
La clim ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre en plus :(
