Pros:

The hotel is in a very central location, on the first floor of an old apartment building, and it’s very easy to get in and out. There is daily room service, and we were very satisfied with our stay. The room is quite spacious and practical by European standards. The reception staff are very attentive and helpful with everything — we would definitely stay here again. Having a coffee machine and being very close to markets and restaurants was an extra bonus.

لا يوجد شي اعجبني فقط مكان الفندق قريب من السنتر

Cons:

الغرفه غير نظيفه والمرافق كذلك سيئه والسرير يوجد به اوساخ ولا يوجد خصوصيه ازعاج في المكان والمكان عباره عن دور واحد ويتم سماع اي شخص بالخارج باختصار اسوء مكان دخلته

Freundliches Personal, sehr Zentral zum Dom und zur Einkaufsstraße

Cons:

Sehr laut, Parkhaus 10 min zu Fuß entfernt und 70€ für 2 Nächte. Öffentliches Parkhaus war nicht angegeben, Dusche undicht, Duschkopf ohne Funktion, sehr heruntergekommene Einrichtung, Klimaanlage voller Schimmel, Betten sehr unbequem und durchgelegen. Kein Entgegenkommen für falsche Angaben bezüglich Parkhaus

مكان جميل ونظيف ولاكن كنت اتمنى خدمة اكثر مقابل المال مثل المساعدة في حمل الحقائب من والى السيارة ومواقف للسيارات

Unfortunately, my experience with the room was very disappointing. Upon arrival, I noticed hair on the bed and in different parts of the room, which indicates poor cleanliness. The room also had a very unpleasant smell, similar to cigarette smoke, even though I had requested a non-smoking room. The bathroom was also in poor condition and not properly cleaned. Additionally, I found someone’s dirty clothes in one of the drawers, which made me feel even more uncomfortable. When I informed the front desk staff, she simply removed the duvet and told us to sleep without it, using only the bed sheet. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and did not meet expectations.
