Kitchenware was very sparse and inadequate for any form of basic cooking, eg no cutting board, no sharp knives, no tea towel, etc. Only a small pot and a small fry pan provided. Reception is managed by the security guard who has limited people skills.

Podrían dejar el sofá que tienen disponible para la recepción también de uso para los clientes, pues nosotros llegamos muy temprano en la mañana (6.30am) cuando no habían ni cafés ni restaurantes abiertos todavía y no pudimos esperar en el hotel porque el sofá lo estaba usando el vigilante del hotel. Nos tocó salir a caminar y hacía mucho frío.

Customer service and willingness to solve issues, very low. The bathroom was plagued by moth flies (sewer flies), indicative of really poor cleanliness. These flies thrive in moist areas with organic buildup. Quite upsetting. What made it worse was the reply from the lady at the front desk (the manager) to our complaint: "I sent a person to check it out and couldn't see any flies. End of the story" (Literally). For the purpose of this review, I documented the facts with pictures. Please take a look at them. Not pleasant.

During our 20-day stay our room was not made up three times citing the "Do not disturb sign" was up when the cleaning person came by. The cleaning service is supposed to be in effect as late as 4:00 pm. When we complained about it, the same argumentative lady at the front desk (the manager) talked back to us showing pictures of the “Do not disturb sign” taken as early as 11:00 am to 12:00 noon. So, our fault. Nevertheless, the issue here is that after that photo was taken, no second follow-up later visit was performed to ensure we had left and have the room cleaned. Very unreliable and chancy cleaning. A first for our long traveling experience.

I need to point out that the regular cleaning lady was really good and always cleaned our room, regardless of how late we had left it (like between 1:00 and 2:00 pm).

In all, a real shame since the location was awesome. This property could be a really nice place. It badly needs to be renovated, especially the bathrooms. Management and customer service in dare need to be elevated. The general feeling is of a mediocre, no so good value for the price.

Very spartan; felt like a dorm.

A few more utensils in the kitchen would be helpful
