The hotel is very cosy and the owners are lovely. It's very well located, 5 minutes away from the beach and 10 minutes away from Blackpool's main attractions. We are a family of 5 and stayed for 3 nights. It's very good value for money.
More than adequate for a quick stay over for a family. The owners were lovely and couldn't be more welcoming.

Owners were very welcoming & helped take our bags to the room, the man even helped us with the pushchair up & down the stairs.The room was a great size and very clean, beds were comfy. We will be coming back next year :)

Hosts were super welcoming and friendly. Had a nice comfy room for our family of 5 all sharing a room. Location a 1 min walk to front and very close to tram stop to get where want on front with ease.
The property was lovely and the couple who own the property were very friendly.
Everything, they was very welcoming and was nice to meet them and we felt very comfortable and they was lovely to our children too, the place is very clean and comfortable we will definitely be returning soon, they go above and beyond for all there guests
The Family Suite was amazing, divided into the 2 rooms the kids loved having there own space. Perfect location for what we was there for. Owners seemed lovely and welcoming. Will definitely be back.

Lovely hotel in a great location.
We booked a family suite which gave us plenty of space. A bedroom with a double bed and small single bed, along with a second room with bunk beds a single on top and double on the bottom. Perfect for my daughter and her 2 cousins to share.
Hosts were exceptionally friendly and very attentive.
My mother struggles with her mobility and on our arrival we were assisted with taking our luggage to our room.
My daughter and 2 nieces had a wonderful time and were asked everyday what their plans were and whether they had, had fun on return to the accommodation.
On our final morning they were invited by Tracey to each pick a precious sea shell from her own personal collection.
The girls have already asked when we can return to Blackpool!
Overall we had a wonderful stay, the weather was nice and sunny and the hotel more than met our needs. We will be back again 🙂

Clean and tidy
Breakfast was not good at all
The owners were really welcoming and friendly. Helped us with packing the car up when we tried to leave in a hurry to beat the bad weather. Really friendly and asked us about our days. Felt like part of the family.

Rooms too small
Run by a lovely couple, very kind and friendly, Hôtel was nice and clean, beds were clean and comfy, shower was great, tv worked great
It was absolutely loving & welcoming will definitely be staying again nice clean bedding rooms immaculate felt comfortable & safe the owners are so lovely welcomed us with drinks when arrived and helped with luggage to room. The family room for 5 of us was so spacious and clean slept so well beds were so comfortable
Loved it all
The hotel accommodated us at last minute and I couldn't have been happier! The place was clean and quiet, plenty of room for my family of 6! Location was good and the hosts were friendly! We'll definitely be staying here again!
There was no on site parking, but I'm used to that in Blackpool. Not many hotels or B&B's do. But there was a pay and display on the road behind.
