Cons:

1. Hotel exterior and interior both very poorly maintained
2. Rooms, all bedsheets, pillows were stained
3. Room paints was out, washbasin has scarce water
4. Towels were dirty and old
5. Everything was dusty

Staff was ok, but the hotel was very bad.
The actual hotel was nothing like the pictures, I urge management of Fab hotels that you to visit the property, do an independent audit and look at the condition of the hotel.

Good Room bad Staff
Pros:

Rooms were good and spacious but even though booked for 2 adults and one 17 yr old child which was free of charge, as per booking. The property took extra charge of 600 Rs.

Cons:

Even though the booking was made specifically for 2 Adults and 1 child of 17 years. Further after booking the message reflected that 17 year old child can stay free, still the property asked for extra Rs 600 cash and they harassed the family at midnight time. Even though showed them the booking details
