The rooms weren't great. The amenities provided, like the towel, the bucket and even the water flowing through the taps, didn't seem clean at all. Had to leave a night early because of how bad it felt.

Scammed. AI images shown on listing. Would never go to FabHotel again.

Staff was nice. location was near market

Cons:

It's the most scammy listing on booking.com I've ever seen. They have uploaded AI generated pics of hotel, but it's different in reality. It's some commercial building, and hotel have only few rooms at single floor. There is also a govt office and a cheap bar in the same building. I had no wifi in my room, asked them to change the room, and wifi was still poor. I had to use my phone data most of the time. Pillow covers were cheap. Bedsheet wasn't clean, it had holes. Will never stay at a FabHotel again.

The rooms are spacious. The staff are helpful and cooperative.

The bathrooms are awful. Unclean and uncomfortable. There was an electric kettle but no tea kit.

Nice hotel for good price per room. Every crucial things provided. The staff was nice and they accept foreigners. I reccommend.

Needs lot of improvement
Cons:

There isa liquor shop just below the hotel. The room and toilet were dirty and not maintained properly. The hotel lacked many basic facilities like a doormat outside the toilet. They don't serve tea and coffee before 7.30 am
