The staff and the location

Cons:

We were unaware that there would be no housekeeping for our two night stay until we arrived back to our room late on our second night. It may be in the printed information, but the desk should have told us when we checked in. After a long day, coming back to unmade beds, used towels, and unemptied garbage cans really left us with a sour taste in our mouths.

Great location, free parking, large room, convenient amenities for the traveler.
Pros:

Friendly desk service during stay. They have a washer and dryer for guest use. Large refrigerator in the spacious room, along with microwave and coffee. Temperature in the room was just right. I was happy with the treadmill (one of several) in the large gym room. We liked that this is a no-pet hotel. Free and ample parking.

Cons:

It took a while to check in - not sure why? We arrived at about 8pm at night. My bed was a little bit lumpy, but I slept well. There is no lobby coffee service - only the paid Bistro cafe, which had limited breakfast and dinner hours.

Pros:

Loved the parking.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t included and Starbucks coffee was only offered in the lobby vs having complimentary coffee in the lobby
