The bad : Room smelled terrible like mold and harsh disinfectant.
Neighbor construction site was a bit noisy.

Service was amazing, really helpful and polite staff. Bedrooms spotless and beds and pillows super comfy. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. We had an amazing time and will definately be returning !

This hotel is located on the beach and is easy walking distance to other beach venues but removed from the crazieness of downtown Pattaya. There is one small cafe onsite which is excellent, but I cant say the same about the daily brunch is is at its best, is mediocre. The cleaning staff did a great job everyday and overall I found the staff to be very helpfull. The bed was comfotable, but I found the decor to be a bit ddated.dayed.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Our first room didn’t have a good view so we called and they instantly moved us to a beach view. The restaurant food was great and the breakfast buffet was excellent. It is in a good location not far from attractions.

The whole hotel is a good place to take pictures. It's near to T21, ignore the comments about dark roads as I think is quite safe overall. There is a private beach that you can't swim in. The staff is really attentive and extra helpful. I even double booked my Jetski experience which the staff Khun Kwanchai actually refunded me after I return back to Malaysia. Extremely great experience which goes beyond, special shoutout to K. Kwanchai

A very lovely clean hotel, spotless clean room, a great breakfast, nice size pool,lonely staff,an allround 10/10 for me ,in the quieter north Pattaya, 10 minutes walk to shopping centre.

The hotel is a very nice albeit a bit older property. But the staff and especially the restaurant located on site is fantastic..

It's not on a main street but there's a shuttle every 30 min to Dolphin Circle where there's shopping mall, food, spas, etc. all in a walking distance. Staff is all super friendly. The bed and pillow was super comfortable. The cleanliness was 4 out of 5 because of unclean toilet.

Highly recommended, clean and the staff are very helpful.

The breakfast was fantastic with tons of great options.

Beach is small but pool is lovely… but if you are looking for great beaches just a ferry ride away. $6 ish?

It’s nice not to be in the heart of all the crazy city stuff.

Room was nice. Hotel is nice. A bit far from everything which is what makes room service not available after 6pm such an annoyance. Wouldn’t have mattered anyway as the phone in our room didn’t work and never got fixed in the two days we were there. Breakfast was ok, but definitely not worth the $20 CAD add on.
Rooms walls are paper thin so if you have a jerk neighbour like we did then good luck getting to sleep at a decent time.

There was mold in several spots inside our room. We had to leave hotel and find other accommodations for the rest of our stay. Expedia took a few hours on the phone, but ultimately did not refund us even though I sent many pictures of the mold.

Dans la chambre sentait humidité importante !!
Nous sommes restés 6 nuits. Pour moi hôtel n’est pas 5 étoiles !! Mais 2 étoiles !
Les personnels dans la salle sont symptomatiques, mais les restes sont là pour la fin du mois.
