Pros:

The lady at the reception was wonderful and very friendly and welcoming.
The room and bathroom as well as the towels were very clean and comfortable, the coffee and the snacks were also good.

Cons:

the noise from the road, and some other occupants were rather noisy at night and early in the morning with someone revving their motor for no reason at all in the middle of the night.
