Pros:

The staff was excellent, especially Ana at reception; she made us feel welcome and greeted us with a big smile. She even gave us very helpful information about the National Park (Parking Lot 1, main entrance). The parking in front of the hotel was perfect. We had dinner two nights in a row, and the food was delicious. The waiter Armando was great; I apologize if I misspelled his name, but I don't remember it. Thank you so much for your dedication.

Cons:

Three things I found wrong with the room: 1. There were no large towels. 2. The room was too hot for me, even though I turned off the heating. 3. The bathtub didn't have a plug, so my wife couldn't fill it.

Super agréable
Pros:

Moderne, en lisière de forêt au calme, petit-déjeuner varié et bon (sauf jus de fruits industriels), pain très bon. Ana a la réception est une pépite, issue du village, boule d’énergie souriante, elle est passionnée par son métier et connaît sa région du bout des doigts pour délivrer d’excellents conseils.

Cons:

Dommage que la piscine n’était pas encore ouverte, le soir ambiance pas assez tamisée pour notre goût au bar et au restaurant. Cela pourrait être plus cosy et inviter davantage à rester boire un verre.

Pros:

在淡季的十六湖，能找到一家全天候都开放的新酒店真的算是惊喜。我们入住当天，我们是唯四的入住客人，但无论是前台还是酒吧，甚至第二天的自助早餐，都日常一样的热情接待我们，让人很有安全感。酒店的设施也都很新，虽然离景区门口还有些距离，但还是很推荐的。

Vrlo uredan objekt, u blizini plitvica kao i rancha dolina jelena i Rastoka. Veoma ljubazno osoblje

Vrlo cist i uredan objekt, sobe su velike i prostrane, dorucak je odlican

Cons:

Tv nije bas imao dovoljno izbora za gledati (npr nema netflix ili sl. bar mi nismo nasli, vec samo komercijalne programe)
