Pros:

主要な観光スポットからは近く、ロケーションは抜群に良いです！部屋は広く、石鹸、歯磨き粉、歯ブラシは、スーパーで買ってきたような新品のものが用意されていた。到着時にいた受付スタッフは英語が話せませんでしたが、スマホの翻訳機能を使いコミュニケーションを取り、特に問題ありませんでした。翌日朝にいたスタッフは英語を話し、空港まで行くタクシーを手配してくれました。

部屋が古い。シャワールームは下水の臭いがし、シャワーと脱衣所の間の仕切りがないため、水が飛び散らないような気を使う必要がある。部屋は汚いわけではなく、スタッフがきれいにしようとしているのは感じられるため、部屋の構造的な問題。部屋に水は用意されていなく、1階のウォーターサーバーは空だった。

Ребята, это ужасная гостиница без лифта.
Что есть:
-убитые старые номера
-кошмарный санузел с разбитой сантехникой
-плесень и грязь везде
-неприятный и черствый завтрак с холодным чаем
Чего нет:
-интернет
-ТВ
-шумоизоляция
-ланчбокс, если не успеваешь на завтрак
Рекомендуем обойти это заведение десятой дорогой!

cheap & located in the heart of Dushanbe
Pros:

cheap hotel in the heart of downtown, it needs a renovation but staff is very helpful and collaborative. Typically Tajik breakfast. Perfect to spend a couple of nights to visit Dushanbe
