Nem kaptuk meg azt a szobát, amit foglaltunk. Helyette egy másik, sokkal rosszabb minőségű szobát kaptunk.
A felszereltség gyenge. Öreg bútorok, öreg felszerelés. Öreg klíma, illetve kellemetlen szag az egész épületben.
A tulaj és a családja rendre hangoskodik napközben, sőt éjjel is.
A személyzetből egyetlen egy ember tudott angolul.
