Terrible experiencia
Pros:

La ubicación.

Cons:

La habitación tenía polvo como si no la hubieran limpiado en semanas, la cama y las almohadas eran duras. Cuando llegué a la habitación había una cucaracha viva en el escritorio y cuando bajé a recepción a pesar de haber tocado el timbre varias veces no me atendió nadie, solo eran las 9pm entonces.
Además, el último día ponía en la aplicación que el check out era a las 23:59 de la noche, y literalmente me echaron ya que me encontré el equipaje en la puerta. No hablaban inglés a pesar de ser un hotel en el que suelen haber extranjeros y encima me cobraron 20.000 wones de más por la mañana y tarde del miércoles. He reservado hasta el miércoles, el trato no podría ser peor. Para nada recomendado. Pésimo trato.

Felt warm and comfortable stay
Pros:

Frankly, I didn't have high expectations before I come to this place. Firstly, I was so glad this place is very near to the Airport, I took a metered cab, it only cost me about KRW7,000+. This place is an old building but it was well maintained and is very clean. The room has floor-heating, we feel warm and comfortable inside the room. The elderly lady at the counter is very kind and friendly. She can't speak English, but she learned how to use mobile phone apps to translate and communicate with us in English, I very respect her efforts (to learn new tech/apps) to interact with guests. On the day we leave this place to Airport, she woke up around 5AM to help us call a cab, thank you so much. I will come back and stay here again.

Warm and comfortable stay, Happy!
Pros:

This place is quite near to Airport, can easily take a normal metered cab from airport and only cost you about KRW7000+. Although this place is an old building but it is well maintained and clean. About 15 minutes walk to Dongmun market. The elderly lady at the check-in counter is very kind, friendly and very helpful. The room floor was equipped with floor heater, hence feel warm and comfortable stay.

Cons:

Limited car park slots near this place, so it may be inconvenient for you if you traveling with car. However, the kind lady has helped me to block a space nearby for me to park my rented car overnight. Thank you.

Pros:

Strange vibe in this hotel, street was full difficult to park if you are driving, didnt feel safe as a solo traveller, strong smell in the room, only the bad was heated not the room, old room, and all the hotel. I abandoned the place, and went to other hotel in the next day early.
