Watch out for bedbugs and poor management
Pros:

I found a bedbugs in a bedside drawer. Was moved to another room that a staff member had obviously been watching TV in. TV was on to a hockey game and the toilet had been used. My concerns were dismissed when brought to management's attention. Bedbugs happen. Get some mattress covers to protect your beds. Listen to your guests concerns.

Safe and cozy experience, 24/7 coffee and tea selection was really helpful
Pros:

Breakfast was really good and well maintaned. Staff memebers were replenishing everything even before they were all gone. Room was clean and quiet even though the hotel was full.
