The Best in Hinche!
Pros:

Compared to a Motel 6 in U.S but clean. Staff is polite & reserved, not at all friendly. Wifi is available but sporadically..not the hotel fault. AC comes on around 8:PM until 7:AM, some nights. On our last night it was off from 3:AM.
Our room was cleaned once in 5 nights because we did not put the door notice on the outside door knob. Opposite to our U.S hotels. Bfast is scanty, scrambled or boiled eggs & stale rolls. Weak coffee. Juice & cold bottled h2o. Bring your own toiletries and if you like a shower, well don't expect one with water pressure. On a scale of 1being no h2o, I say a 2 as the water is little more than a drizzle, and hot. Shower at your own risk!! Wear a rubber soled slipper or shoe in the very large shower stale as it is a slip-&-fall adventure. The smoothest tiles for shower floor!!!
Because the furniture in the rooms are well apportioned and matching, linens, rooms and common areas clean, security in place I rate this place a 3***. Road to hotel is unpaved & somewhat remote looking. Property grounds are clean with several fruit trees. Nice pool. A nice size auditorium for conferences and functions. I appreciated there was this quality accomodations in a place like Hinche.
