Pros:

The staff was amazing and really helped me when there to receive a package and also get a stain out of my shirt from hotpot stains. I saved my shirt and I am grateful for the support received when there.

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

We had a 2 bedroom apt which was very roomy and comfortable , the breakfast was great and changed every day. The hotel is about 300m from the metro (Chengdu first peoples hospital) exit C2 .I really liked the huge mall next to the metro station ,great coffee at Wagas and fantastic food at Goodwood restaurant. The hotel is very close to the street with the 2 towers that light up at night, great for a walk at night . We will definitely use this great hotel again.

Cons:

They need to use fresh milk in the coffee machine not UHT milk.

great place to stay if you are visiting Chengdu! the hotel is located very close to a metro station (maybe a 5 min walk). the room we booked was a great deal, it had 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. very roomy and comfortable! the room itself was also clean, the beds were comfortable, and in very good condition (not sure when the hotel was last remodeled, but it felt quite new).

I also want to give a special shoutout to Miki. you can visit her at the station by the front desk and she can give you lots of useful travel advice. she was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. it was only thanks to her that we were able to get our WeChat set up properly and have a smooth, enjoyable trip. thank you so much Miki!

we would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Chengdu.

Very good for family stay and location wise nice.
Pros:

the staffs are very courteous and helpful. the location is very cosy and loved the evening walk and next door hotpot restuarant and the convinence store. The rooms were cleans, loved and appreciated the fresh blankets and really good matteress, resting was easy. Overall stay good for a family stay. Kids really enjoyed the KFC near by and the evening walks. Very easy to get DIDI.

Cons:

Pool is small and not so clean, its used by members also along with the hotel guests, a little crowded.

Great Hotel.
Pros:

The room was particularly spacious and clean. The breakfast was especially distinctive with local Sichuan flavors. What's worth thanking is the service at the front desk, which was extremely humanized. The room service was also excellent. The room was neatly tidied up every day, with sufficient mineral water, towels, and slippers every day.

The hotel's location was very good. The subway station was right beside it, only a 5-minute walk away. There were various local snacks on the basement floor of the shopping mall opposite, and there were various restaurants on the upper floors of the mall.

Last year when I came to Chengdu, I stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel. Compared to this hotel, this one offers better cost performance. It truly deserves to be an international chain hotel.

Next time I come to Chengdu, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Cons:

The swimming pool of the hotel needs some improvement, especially at the entrance. Compared to the hotel rooms and customer service, it is not at the same level.
