Location is great. We would love to go back to the same property if we travel in future.
Entire property is managed by one staff only and it is not good. Bekir and Shawket both are really nice staff and always ready to help.

Not enough staff to manage the property. All tasks including reception, housekeeping, kitchen (you name it any area of hotel operations) are handled by two people and that also one person in one shift. They both are really over occupied. Hotel management should keep some more staff to keep the hotel in much better condition.

We got upgraded to The bungalow for free as it was available and we highly appreciate that gesture from the staff! The bungalow was amazing, exactly like pictures, it was right on the river. It was heated, clean and tidy. The breakfast next day was extremely generous, it's a set menu that is served to the bungalow 10 minutes after asking for it.
Best of all was Shawqat, he was super friendly and helpful. He was always available to answer our needs and he even waited for us as we made a late check in at night. He even speaks Arabic which was very helpful.

Location is perfect on the river. Facility is amazing. Easy to go anywhere and nearby BIM supermarket and food. I would recommend.
