Pros:

This hotel is to the north of the city. We were travelling north for work so this was good for us. I would not advise to stay here if you want to explore central Hangzhou. the restaurant in the hotel was excellent.

Cons:

the only issue i had was that sometimes it was difficult to communicate with staff because i do not know any mandarin. all the staff were very helpful though.

Great location, great breakfast, lovely hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing! So much choice, lovely and fresh and well laid out. We loved it!

Pros:

A feeling is personnal and difficult to describe. The staff, the design, the cleanness, the atmospher, the breakfast, the beautifull room..evrything was great. Probably the top value money i ever been in 20 years of trips abroad. Difficult to leave after 4 days

Nice hotel and location
Pros:

Nice hotel in a good location, great views from the lounge. Staff and room were nice. Some good restaurants and sports complex just across the road. Only a one night stay but was satisfied with the service and room.

Pros:

Walkable area with a mall within 15 minutes. Above average club lounge in terms of food and view, good breakfast and well equipped gyms in comparison to similar setups in Shanghai. About 20 minutes by taxi from the Linping South train station.

Stylish Hotel in a Peaceful Location
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this very new hotel in Hangzhou.

- The location is excellent—quiet and not too crowded, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
- The hotel is beautifully furnished, with modern and tasteful decor.
- The buffet breakfast was enjoyable, offering a good variety of dishes.
- Dinner at the Chinese restaurant was delightful, with high-quality food. However, the pricey Longjing tea served at the restaurant was a bit underwhelming!
Overall, this is a great place to stay, and I’d highly recommend it for both leisure and business travelers!

Pros:

Hotel is very clean and rooms are comfortable. Unfortunately the service staff are poorly trained, especially in the lobby bar. Not the fault of the staff but rather with management.

Pros:

The hotel is excelent in a great position if your in the textile business most factories are nearbuy
Ling ping City centre is 10 mins away by taxi it is easy and all new, lots of great restaurants, not so many people speak english but it it works out every one tries to make stay perfect
