Since our hotel is located in the shopping district of Shinkyogoku-dori, it is not possible to come directly by car.
If you reach by a taxis, please get off near the entrance of Shinkyogoku-dori on the Shijo-dori side (about 1 minute on foot).
There is no parking lot, but please feel free to contact us as we will guide you to a nearby coin parking lot.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Awesome hotel, fantastic location and friendly staff! Will stay here again when we visit Kyoto!

We love everything about this hotel - the location, the friendly staff, and the marvellous facilities including the awesome coffee machine which has decaffeinated coffee and hot chocolate! I am impressed that our room even came with a washer /dryer, which saved us a lot of hassle with our laundry!

Great hotel that is central to so many things to do while visiting.
Pros:

The room was more spacious and beds were larger. Loved having the washer/dryer in the room. Quality products to use and loved the FeHa shower head, blow dryer and hair straightener. Location is perfect for travel. Bonus was accessing my Netflix account to watch English TV. Staff was helpful and allowed us to keep bags for a while after check out as we finished our exploring in Kyoto. Highly highly recommend to anyone.

Pros:

Location was great. The train and bus stop was within walking distance. Room was superb and clean, and most importantly, there was a washer-dryer in the room. The staff was friendly and lovely as well. Another super plus? Free flow of drinks at the lobby.

Comfortable, convenient and safe place to stay while in Kyoto
Pros:

Love the location. Very convenient to get around and close to places we like. Besides we felt safe staying at your place. Beds are comfortable. Coffee and ice and beverages provided in the lobby area are a plus. We also love your service options - Limited Services and also Chang Towels Only - very smart. We shall come back to your place whenever we come to Kyoto.

Cons:

English instructions for washing machine could have been bigger. For now it is difficult to read for people with eyesight problems.

Central Kyoto location with in-room laundry facilities
Pros:

Excellent location in Kyoto. We loved the washing machine in the room which meant we could pack light for our trip. Many food and drink options within walking distance and easy to catch a bus to the main temples. Great sized room, clean and modern. We slept really well, excellent soundproofing.

Pros:

What a fabulous hotel in a fantastic location - right above the Nishiki Markets in Kyoto. This hotel was so comfortable. The staff were so friendly, the view was incredible, location was perfect and hotel room was a great size for two (we booked a twin share room). If you love to shop - you are surrounded by shops. The hotel was spotless too. There was an entrance to the station about 100 metres away. Everything was extremely convenient. We discovered little laneways with bars and restaurants right behind the hotel. So much fun staying here.
