Simple cleaning means collection of face towels, bath towels, bath mats, nightwear, and trash in trash cans.

Since our hotel is located in the shopping district of Shinkyogoku-dori, it is not possible to come directly by car.
If you reach by a taxis, please get off near the entrance of Shinkyogoku-dori on the Shijo-dori side (about 1 minute on foot).
There is no parking lot, but please feel free to contact us as we will guide you to a nearby coin parking lot.

Can’t be considered as clean for japan standards.
No water source for you. There is a ice machine there that provides water but taste is weird.

A very comfortable, clean, and perfectly located hotel—great for families.
Pros:

The location is excellent—very central and convenient, with easy access to all major attractions and transportation. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the coffee available in the lobby. The hotel was very clean, and housekeeping, including fresh towels and water, was consistently well managed. We stayed with children and felt very comfortable the entire time.

Pros:

Goede locatie, super dicht bij de markt maar toch rustig. Lieve mensen, voor Japanse begrippen ruime kamers. Op loopafstand van de geisha wijk. Badkamer heel klein maar praktisch. Wasmachine / droger op de kamer was mega fijn. Zou dit hotel aan iedereen aanraden!

Great location - near public transit. Rooms are clean and the staff was very helpful. Helped arrange transport of luggage and gave good directions

Cons:

Not that many ammenities compared to other hotels or the ammenities they have are limited in terms of time of access. It gives decent ammentities that are probably appropriate for a touristy area but not true world-class ammenity support that you can see at other Japanese hotels.
