War in Ordnung. Wir waren zu viert dort und es war nur für drei Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden. Allerdings haben wir sehr schnell alles bekommen.

Steps to swimming pool.Pool is not user friendly for non swimmers.Location of condo away from good restaurants unless one had transportation.

中高生の子供と高齢（８０、杖歩行）の親と泊まりました。通りより上り坂になっていますが、苦ではなかったようです。コンビニ・スーパーまでゆっくり歩いて15分～20分、ビーチまで40分ほどです。ビーチまでの道に八百屋があり安く野菜やフルーツが買えます。地元も飲食店（屋台）も通りにたくさんあり、おいしかったです。
部屋は、十分な収納や広さがあり、奇麗でした。物干しもあり、生活するには十分です。スタッフも優しく、足りないものや分からないことには親身になってくれます。プールやジムもあり、過ごしやすかったです。空港からTAXIで400バーツ（5～10分）でした。残念なのは、大勢利用しているのに、洗濯機が4台中3台が故障中で、空くのを待たなければいけないことと、4人3泊でトイレットペーパーが1つしか用意されていなかったことです。

Great pool and decent gym. Clean appartment.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. Bed was like sleeping on a stone, extremely hard. The pillow and couch as well.
Appartment is extremely basic, in the kitchen you will only find 2 plates, 2 forks etc. in total and 1 pan, so it's very difficult to eat with 1 plate, 1 cup etc. per person. Don't start looking for scissors or anything else because it won't be there. No glasses either, only coffee& tea cups.

In our opinion there should be at least a minimum of 4 things of each for 2 pax.

Happy condo? NO!
Pros:

Too hot and way to noisy. The ac systems on the balcony keep you up all night due to the loud rumble. As there bolted to the bedroom wall. You have no choice but to have them on as the apartment is MEGA hot

centrically located but a bit of a walk from unit to the closest beach so I recommend renting a car..... extremely secure unit all around, very clean, modern and well equipped ..... I stayed 2 nights and I was very happy. would highly recommend it!

Pros:

Nice condo close to the airport (5-8 min drive). Not much in the area in terms of shopping but there is a small minimart on site and larger one down the access road along the main road. The beach is not too far away (maybe 10-15 mins walk). Nice pool and a decent sized gym on site. It’s no frills so it’s not for those looking for a resort but as a place to stay close to the airport it’s very convenient.
