Excellent facilities - would stay again!
Pros:

Rooms were surprisingly spacious for Tokyo standards. Location was great for us, close to transport and main Ginza shopping. Free lounge and snack areas were excellent, especially on the premium floors! It rained for most our trip and the hotels provision of umbrellas was incredibly helpful!

Pros:

Convenient location. Worth it to book for the premium room if the extra lounge amenities are worth it for you. Quiet clean. A number of things super close, train less than 5 minutes walk and don quixote right there for your nick nacks etc. or the inevitable need to purchase a suit case (although save some money and go one more block over to the suitcase store that's also close)

Cons:

None of these are bad but noteworthy. The bed was absolutely enormous especially for japan but unfortunately not the most comfortable or the pillows. They aren't bad just ok really. Also the breakfast is a bit underwhelming. Its wonderful to have it delivered to the room but you're going to want to hunt down something more substantial.

We loved the hotel and the location.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing, and we had to eat in our room. We had expected to eat in a dining room, but we did not. They have a small lobby that can be used for eating, a few people ate in the lobby, but honestly, eating in the lobby is inconvenient. The front desk staff were a bit too cool.

Nice room in a great location and handy to have snacks and drinks available 24/7.
Pros:

The hotel was well situated in the Ginza district. High end shopping was everywhere and excellent. The Ginza subway was really close so easy to get around the city. Our bed was huge - larger than king size. Shower area was also very spacious. We loved the Japanese breakfast delivered in the morning. The western breakfast wasn’t as good. The complimentary snacks and drinks were quite handy as we often had a late night snack or dessert. Overall a very nice place to stay.
