If you looking for a great value with a nice solid hotel experience, this is a good find.
Pros:

It was a great value compared to other properties in the area. The hotel room was clean and had everything we needed. The daily happy hour drinks and food was a very nice bonus.

Cons:

The area where they served the drinks and food was a little untidy at times. Also, it not obvious at all that you need to go the 2nd floor to check in.

Pros:

Location.
They “upgraded” me to a “better” room. Well, it actually the same type room like my last stay two days ago, but now with a normal window…..clear window so I could see the city view. Thank you

Cons:

Too pricey considering it’s not really in the centre of Ginza…south of, and next to the flyover bordering Ginza and Shimbashi.

They gave me a room with NO view, windows are frosted, they should have inform me. I would rather stay in a cheaper hotel otherwise.
Or, they should gave me a lower rate.
