Pros:

It was nice, clean and comfortable. The lounge was a place to spend a 5 minutes relaxing break with drinks. Also because the property does not have a lobby or a bar.

Cons:

Nowhere to store dress. Everything has to stay in the luggage. Breakfasts were very disappointing. Waste of money

Pros:

東京駅からも近く、目的地のヤマハホールにも徒歩圏内で分かりやすく近くで、コネクティングルームも過ごしやすく快適でした。アメニティや無料のドリンク、フードサービスも充実していて、目的地への滞在に選んで正解でした。

For this price point, I expected it to be much more luxurious. I guess we paid for the location.
Pros:

Location was wonderful. So easy to enjoy the main streets of Ginza. Plenty of eating and shopping near by.

Cons:

The “lounge” was just a small space in front of the front desk and felt awkward to sit just 10 feet from them at the counter. The complimentary food was mostly packaged foods and nothing fresh. The size of the yogurt cups were ridiculously small.

Our room window faced an unused part of the freeway. It was so close that if I open the window I could jump onto it.

Misled by positive reviews
Pros:

When we opted to move hotel rather than stay at the Karaksa, the hotel receptionist was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Cons:

We booked the Karaksa on the basis of the many positive reviews. We were specifically interested in the lounge access for premier room guests. When we arrived at the hotel we realised that the ‘lounge’ was a small room off the small reception area with no seating, where premier guests could help themselves to the complimentary wine, pastries etc. The photos on the website which we took to be of the lounge, were in fact wide angle photos of the small reception area, there was limited seating in this area with guests checking in and out of the hotel/ luggage around etc, it was not the comfortable lounge we were expecting.
The room was fine but there was no wardrobe, instead there was a hanging bar which was flat against the wall that would only take a couple of garments. We couldn’t understand why breakfast has been commended by so many; we stayed when the following morning was a European breakfast, (this alternates with the Japanese option). The breakfast consisted of two bowls of onion soup; one small serving of an omelette with ham and two tiny croissants. The egg dish was too small to be shared and we couldn’t understand why onion soup was served at 9 am.
There is no restaurant or bar, hence breakfast being served to the room and as mentioned no lounge-this did not feel like a four star hotel.

Pros:

Eşimle birlikte yaptığımız Tokyo seyahatinde konakladığımız bu otel, beklentilerimizin çok üzerindeydi. Her şeyden önce odalar, klasik Tokyo otellerinin o dar ve basık yapısından çok uzak; son derece geniş, ferah ve modern bir tasarıma sahip. Yataklar inanılmaz rahattı ve odanın yalıtımı sayesinde şehrin merkezinde olmamıza rağmen sıfır gürültüyle uyuduk.

Otelin en öne çıkan ve bizim en çok hoşumuza giden özelliği, sadece misafirlerin kullanımına açık olan "Lounge" alanıydı. Akşamları otele döndüğümüzde burada sunulan ücretsiz içecekler ve atıştırmalıklar eşliğinde dinlenmek günün tüm yorgunluğunu aldı. Banyodaki yağmur duşu ve sundukları üst düzey Japon kozmetik ürünleri de harika birer detaydı.

Konum olarak mükemmel bir noktada. Ginza'nın lüks mağazalarına, kaliteli restoranlarına ve ana metro/tren istasyonlarına sadece birkaç dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Personelin Japon misafirperverliğini (Omotenashi) sonuna kadar hissettiren nazik ve çözüm odaklı tavrı da konaklamamızı mükemmelleştirdi.

Cons:

Gerçekten olumsuz olarak nitelendirebileceğim bir şey yok.
