Great location, wonderful hospitality.
Pros:

We had a really great stay at karaksa hotel premier Tokyo Ginza. The location was excellent, very close to the train station, Don Quijote, Ginza shopping, and many attractions, making it very convenient for exploring Tokyo. The rooms were spacious for Tokyo, spotless, and cleaned perfectly every day with fresh toiletries and complimentary water replenished constantly. The staff were also fantastic throughout our stay.

One of the best parts was the lobby/lounge area, which always had complimentary snacks and drinks available, plus sake and wine in the evenings. It was a really nice touch and made the hotel feel very welcoming. My only reason for not giving a perfect score is that, for the price, it did not feel quite as luxurious as expected, but overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

Perfect place to stay in Tokyo
Pros:

First of all, they use Dyson as a hair dryer and I loved that. The room was spotlessly clean, smelled great, the bathroom was amazing and spacious. Everything was perfect. If I stay in Tokyo again, I would stay there again.

Pros:

Karaksa Hotel Premier Ginza gerçekten harika bir otel. Sabah 07:00’den akşam 22:00’ye kadar ücretsiz açık büfe olması inanılmaz: kutu içecekler, portakal suyu, kahve, pasta, çikolata, dondurma, peynir ve kızarmış ekmek gün boyu sunuluyor.

Lobi çok geniş ve rahat, odalar Tokyo’ya göre büyük, tertemiz ve çok güzel kokuyor. Konumu mükemmel: yanında 24 saat açık Don Quijote ve iki FamilyMart var; metro ve tren istasyonlarına 3-4 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Gece 3-4’te bile güvenle dışarı çıkılabilecek bir bölgede.

Personel çok ilgiliydi; özellikle Lin ve Cho’ya ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Otelde hiçbir olumsuzluk yaşamadık, kesinlikle tekrar kalırım.

Pros:

Room was good we had a queen or large double bed but spacious - luggage coudl fit in and we coudl move around. location on edge of ginza, next to donki so easy to get out and about
we did walking towards ginza and Shimbashi was close 8 min walking- very accessible to all parts of tokyo

tea and coffee facilities

staff very helpful - corresponde before arrival was amazing they accepted my one bag 7 days before arrival (I was staying for six night in hotel)
Free coffee tea and snacks was a nice offering, with some wine and sake tastes available in the evenings

Would have preferred to have restaurant on site
cater for more veg menu but not different to other hotels.

Schöne saubere Zimmer, zentral gelegen aber ich würde es nicht noch einmal buchen, schon wegen der Frühstückproblematik.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Nur ein paar Schritte um die Ecke vom Ginza-Boulevard entfernt. Direkt unten im Haus eine Don Quijote-Filiale. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Es gibt an der Rezeption einen kleinen Raum, wo man bis 22:00 Uhr Snacks und Kaffee, Tee und Wasser holen kann.

Cons:

Das Frühstückskonzept fand ich unmöglich. Man bekommt das Frühstück (wahrscheinlich aufgrund des fehlenden Frühstücksraumes) in Holzkästen Morgens vor die Tür gestellt! Als wir nach vegetarischem Frühstück fragten, waren die, teilweise sehr unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter (und DAS hat man in Japan seeeehr selten!!!), völlig überfordert. Glutenfrei war ganz exotisch! Als ich gesagt hatte, eine Schale Reis mit einem Stückchen Obst würde mir auch voll und ganz genügen ging das auch gar nicht! Ergebnis war: Bei vier Übernachtungen bekamen wir jeden Morgen EINE Suppe (für zwei!), einfach ein paar Salatblätter und zwei Tomaten, etwas Obst. EINMAL bekamen wir EIN japanisches Frühstück! Fotos anbei!
Fazit: Für Vegetarier (ist in Japan ohnehin etwas schwierig) oder gar Veganer (in Japan eigentlich unmöglich), ist das Hotel nicht geeignet. Es sei denn, man möchte ein schönes, zentrales Zimmer haben aber dann würde ich kein Frühstück in diesem Hotel buchen!
Es gibt aber in der Preisklasse bessere Hotels, die ein gutes Frühstück anbieten und zentral liegen!

Yeri çok merkezi. Tokyo nun en güzel bölgesinde. Odalar çok konforlu, büyüklüğü yeterli. Kahvaltı Japon usülü olduğu için almadık ama 2. Kat lounge kahvaltı için gayet yeterliydi. Ücretsizdi, 17:00 den sonra 2 kadeh alkol de alınabiliyor. 2. Katta bavul tartmak için tartı koymuşlar, o kadar işimize yaradı ki. Çok ince düşünmüşler gerçekten.

Cons:

Fiyatı bir tık daha az olabilirdi ama Ginza genel olarak kaliteli ve pahalı bir bölge.
