Great Ginza location, friendly staff, and excellent amenities!
Pros:

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to an all-you-can-eat crab buffet and Don Quijote, with Shimbashi Station only about a 7-minute walk away. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the property was exceptionally clean throughout my stay. A nice bonus was the complimentary snacks and beverages, including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

More of an FYI: they have a 200 yen ($1.27) tax fee they charge at check-in.

地點超棒！服務很好，特別是有一位姓王的小姐。
Pros:

服務人員細心，也很有耐心，房間的空間雖然不算大，但是設施的安排甚至到細節都很用心，也符合人體工學。

Cons:

唯一美中不足的是，10樓的烤麵包機壞了，烤麵包的部分就只剩下2樓有，不過，4樓也換成替代型的冰淇淋大福，算是不無小補。

More than expected but simple very clean family hotel
Pros:

Very functional and great location, worth the premium floors you get a 24/7 snack/drink room but even without this it’s got a great little snack room for morning coffee or afternoon nibble. Rooms super comfortable, slightly bigger than what I expected which was small like most hotels, staff really helpful, kind and overall great little hotel for the price point/location

Karaksa Hotel Premier Tokyo Ginza’da çok keyifli bir konaklama geçirdik. Odamız oldukça geniş ve konforluydu. Gün boyunca sunulan ikramlar da çok güzeldi ve konaklamamızı daha keyifli hale getirdi. Otelin özellikle konumu son derece başarılı; Ginza’yı ve çevredeki pek çok noktayı keşfetmek için çok uygun. Tokyo’ya tekrar geldiğimizde yeniden kalmak isteyeceğimiz bir otel.

We had a wonderful stay at Karaksa Hotel Premier Tokyo Ginza. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We also really appreciated the complimentary refreshments available throughout the day, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was one of the hotel’s biggest advantages, as it was very convenient for exploring Ginza and the surrounding areas. We would definitely love to stay here again on our next visit to Tokyo.

Прекрасный отель! Для нашей семьи (двое взрослых и ребёнок) оказался удачным вариантом. Комфортный номер, огромная кровать, идеальная чистота и всё необходимое для проживания. Несмотря на центральное расположение, в номере было тихо. Расположение великолепное – все нужное рядом, в отель удобно возвращаться в любое время. Очень приятным бонусом стал бесплатный бар со снеками и напитками, которым можно было воспользоваться в течение дня. Персонал доброжелательный, внимательный и всегда готов помочь. С удовольствием вернулись бы сюда снова. Искренне рекомендую.
