Charming and homey stay
Pros:

The hotel had a lovely Italian countryside vibe — cozy, full of cute and unique knick-knacks without feeling cluttered. It felt personal and warm. Staff were super friendly, and everything was spotless. We usually avoid shared bathrooms, but this one was so clean and quiet, it didn’t bother us at all. Would definitely stay again!
Although the hotel was small, we barely noticed the other guests. And they also have a terrace where they serve some Italian food & drinks, which was also very cozy.

Cons:

It didn't have much ammenities which is understandable for a boutique hotel. The breakfast was very minimal. But fine.

Struttura accogliente in ottima posizione
Pros:

Ottima l'accoglienza.
Abbiamo alloggiato nella casetta rossa che offre una sistemazione spartana ma accogliente e comoda, perfetta per chi cerca un punto d'appoggio da cui partire per visitare i dintorni soprattutto nel periodo invernale.
In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia.

Esperienza da ripetere anche se ci sono alcune cose da rivedere.

La veranda per la colazione è da 10.

Cons:

Migliorerei le dimensioni delle stanze. Nel bagno, che ha dimensioni ridotte, non è presente il bidè. La pulizia potrebbe essere più accurata (le tende che toccano il pavimento non sono igienicamente il massimo).
Un po' cara la colazione anche se è più che buona.
