This place is adorable and very detail oriented - they thought of everything all the way down to having a single black facecloth in each room for makeup removal. The rooms with a view are worth the extra $! The location is great. The staff is great! Cool restaurant and so much fabulous decor. Vintage chic vibes! I’ll be staying again!
The staff were the nicest we ever had, special mention to the gentleman we had at our arrival with the septum piercing, his energy was bright, the room was clean and spacious, the bed were ultra comfy and the location is 30 second walk from the market, target one minute walk.
We will definitely be back to this hotel.
Forgot to mention the vibe of this hotel makes me think a lot about " Ratched " serie, wonderful.
It is very close to the Pike place market, light rail and coastline.
No negatives
Great location.
Comfortable bed.
Restaurant hours (didn’t open till 8 am).
Chair in room had a loose, wobbly right arm rest… worried it would detach every time I moved it.
I stay at this hotel every time I visit Seattle. The location is great. It’s a cool hotel.
I live in Vancouver and I stay at this hotel each time I visit Seattle. The quality of the rooms worsens with each booking, and the rates increase. The room we originally booked turned out to be like a youth hostel room which was 236 $ per night; one side of the bed was placed by the wall, and the view was the wallof the building. I went downstairs to the reception to see if it was possible to upgrade the room. The upgrade cost $170 per night. I accepted because I wanted to enjoy two nice days with my boyfriend in Seattle, especially looking at the Pike Street Market view. The upgraded room was even smaller than the original and was on the second floor, forcing us to keep the curtains closed at all times to avoid being seen from across the building. I am very disappointed this time. As a long-time customer, I think I should have been able to get an upgrade to a better room at no extra charge. The only good thing about the second room was the king-size bed. I can’t believe I paid $406 per night for a very mediocre room before taxes. Seattle.
The cocktail of the day and the seasonal latte
I thought the restaurant was insanely expensive. I hated that water was not available to us unless we paid $13 for a large bottle and $7 for a small.
Great location, staff very friendly and close to lots of great food
Located within easy walking distance of many points of interest. Quiet, considering that it is in a very busy area. Great onsite restaurant. Tasteful, unique decor. Friendly and welcoming staff.
The staff in both the hotel and restaurant were friendly and efficient. The hotel was just across the street from Pike's Market. It was also just two blocks from the rail link.
Can't think of anything we didn't like.
The location is excellent. Staff is wonderful, they genuinely care about making sure the guests feel comfortable and welcome. The room was well appointed and spotless. The Living Room was a lovely place to relax. Overall, I am thrilled with our experience all around.
No complaints.
