Great location, staff very friendly and close to lots of great food
Located within easy walking distance of many points of interest. Quiet, considering that it is in a very busy area. Great onsite restaurant. Tasteful, unique decor. Friendly and welcoming staff.
The staff in both the hotel and restaurant were friendly and efficient. The hotel was just across the street from Pike's Market. It was also just two blocks from the rail link.
Can't think of anything we didn't like.
The location is excellent. Staff is wonderful, they genuinely care about making sure the guests feel comfortable and welcome. The room was well appointed and spotless. The Living Room was a lovely place to relax. Overall, I am thrilled with our experience all around.
No complaints.
Bar restaurant lounge everything location!
Nothing
The location was great!
The one elevator, but it’s an older building so no control over that. The bar closes early
Stylish décor suited my mood, location was perfect.
If I'm going to be a spoiled brat about it, I didn't love the parking options (close/outdoors vs blocks away/covered). Also, the restaurant wasn't open at any point during my stay, I wasn't clear what that was about.
my pillow from home was lost.
Great location, comfortable clean room and helpful, kind staff.
Emailing the parking QR code and parking garage address ahead of time once the room is booked would be helpful. There wasn't any parking outside of the hotel to quickly scan it before parking.
The location was amazing, right by the Pike Place Market, the surrounding streets had great restaurants, coffee shops and unique stores.
We were given two free drinks vouchers for the lovely little place joined to the hotel which was a nice touch. The room was decorated really well and was clean and cozy.
The lighting in the room was very dim so it was a bit tricky to put on makeup. The room was also very small, which is fine as the price was low, but it was a little tricky with two people trying to pass eachother to pack up our bags and reach the bathroom.
The central location by the Pike Place Market is ideal for walking around the city, either a short stroll or something more adventurous. The decor is intentionally very dark 'green' and it reminded me of an English Georgian dining room, and it's surprising how quickly you get used to it....I quite liked it. We had a deluxe queen room with view, albeit the view was over the main entrance street and not the market or Sound, but still quite nice. We were given vouchers on check-in for a free drink in the bar, and we used later to enjoy a cocktail which we took into the elegant reading room/lounge. It's been over 20 years since we were last in Seattle and it's a pity our stay wasn't longer, but the Palihotel made for a comfortable city-centre base and we'd certainly stay there agin if ever we're back in town.
Nothing really, everything was to our liking.
Location is brilliant for waterfront and Pike Place Market, and not really too noisy at night either.
Staff are super friendly and helpful with anyting you need. Parking is narby that they can sort for you at a special rate - so defo ask them on arrival.
Rooms are really quite small, so if you have a lot of luggage (we were at the end of a 3 week holiday) the room is filled with that! Also have to climb up from the bottom of the bed to reach your "side" if its by the wall!
You get a token for a welcome drink on arrival - but we didnt know the bar closed at 9, so by the time we had sortedthe room / cases we missed that! So if youre only staying for 1 night, enjoy that first before sorting cases!
