After a terrible experience at Seattle Marriott Waterfront we spent the second leg of our Seattle stay at Palihotel Seattle. What a fantastic choice this was. The hotel is clean, with very funky decor throughout. Our room was huge with a comfy bed and lovely shower. We arrived during the heatwave and unfortunately our rooms air con was not working. We were immediately offered two different rooms, however they were much smaller. The hotel then provided 2 high power fans, which kept the room cool. A fantastic stay, especially after our Marriott disaster. Will definitely stay here again.
location is great, not comfortable as other hotels in downtown Seatlle, but it has its own style.

I left behind two valuable items and staff wasn't helpful in helping me find and retrieve the items. Basically did not respond to my inquiries.

The design of the room in particular the picture being on the table instead of the wall blocking the outlet that we needed. Also cleaning service did not clean our room on two days.
