Lovely big room, great staff very friendly and helpfull, good shower, comfy big bed, nice pillows. Room was very clean, perfect position for Pike Market.
The air con was broken to our room, we were immediately offered a different room but of much lessor quality. Stayed put and they provided 2 very powerful fans to help cool the room to a manageable degree, of course we were there in the recent heat wave too! Staff were very apologetic and helpful to be fair. Our room was on an inner courtyard, where all the rooms look closely onto each other. I think the bottom half of the windows need opaque vinyl, rather than keeping the blinds closed and blocking the light out. We had no air con and the blinds closed to not scare our fellow hotel guests with our pasty white naked hot bodies :) :) This knocked the comfort score down. Hotel is a little pricey, however it is Seattle, everything is pricey!

Closest hotel to Pikes Market. Everything is walkable. Very clean, cold a/c and the staff were very helpful. I lived that I could text them with questions. Restaurant & room
Service. Excellent coffee bar.
No parking onsite. Had to park several blocks away. Quite expensive. The wasn’t a waste basket in the bathroom and the sink area was quite dark.
The location cannot be beat. We are a 5 minute walk to the light rail station that took us to and from the airport. We were able to hop down to Pike's Market and get food, then - instead of standing and eating in the street - we were able to take it back to the room and eat. We had a beautiful view of the Puget Sound at sunrise and sunset and the view of the market neon lit signs. The staff is amazing and very sweet. We spent time in the bar/restaurant downstairs and the clam chowder and oysters were good! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
The TV was hard to deal with and never got a chance to project our Netflix on it.

The room was very dark. Some of the electrical outlets were not working. Not enough counterspace by bathroom sink. And come on, $18 for a bottle of water!!??
Loved how clean everything was and how friendly and helpful the staff were. Will definitely be staying here again!
The scents were a little strong in the lobby, maybe too much. Maybe tone down on the air freshener 😁
