Pros:

Las instalaciones, se sentían como si estuvieras en casa, la decoración, la música ambiental inclusive el olor riquísimo le daba un toque de máximo confort y magia al lugar, además la habitación estaba muy limpia y también olía rico con espacio excelente para estar cómodo, nosotros viajamos en moto y su estacionamiento privado que está a un lado te da mucha más seguridad, así mismo tiene una excelente ubicación porque llegas caminando a todo los bonitos lugares del centro sin duda volveríamos a ir.

La habitación esta muy cómoda y bonita, tiene buena ubicación, el personal es muy amable, el hotel cuenta con estacionamiento.

Cons:

Hay problemas con el agua, solo sale agua muy caliente y luego ya no había agua. Las sábanas tenían un olor no muy agradable. Dejaron a los perritos afuera y estuvieron haciendo ruido para poder entrar.

Cela peut suffire pour une etape d'une nuit. Mais beaucoup trop cher pour les ce qui est proposé.

Bon emplacement. Les parties communes sont très agréables.

Cons:

Chambre triple très petite; difficile d'y ouvrir une valise. Moisissures aux murs, peinture qui pèle. Délabré plus que malpropre malgré les efforts de déco. AC poussif. Pas d'eau chaude.

The staff, except for the restaurant was absolutely lovely. Accommodations were lovely as well. Very comfortable bed, very clean. Loved the atmosphere!!!

Cons:

Was really disappointed with the breakfast staff. I had asked for a simple cup of coffee. There seemed to be a problem with making coffee with absolutely no attempt at fixing. The staff also had more interest in their phones than solving a simple problem of having a cup of coffee for their customer. I asked for coffee again about an hour later with the same result, more interested in their phones before asking me what I wanted and the same answer about the coffee. A breakfast restaurant that offers coffee should be able to find a way to actually produce it. So, I walked and found a place about 6 calle's away that had great coffee.

Très déçus , très cher pour la prestation .
Pros:

L emplacement idéal au cœur de Valladolid et le parking. Joli jardin dommage qu il n y ait pas de fenêtre pour en profiter . Accès en rez de jardin est cool .

Cons:

Chambre sans fenêtre , très vétuste , mur peinture abîmés , salle de bain pas du tout agréable ni pratique , vraiment pas à la hauteur du tarif .
Le personnel ne parle qu espagnol.
