5-star venue, 1-star service.
Pros:

Beautiful venue, comfortable garden unit, food was good to great. The location is good, pity about the very poor roads in the vicinity. The horses are beautiful.

Cons:

This is a 5-start venue, however the service and communication was 1-2 star, everyone from management to staff should go to hotel school to learn what 5-star means.

Excellent. Pity about the road, which admittedly is no fault of the hotel.
Pros:

It is a superb hotel and every detail was well-considered and executed.

Cons:

The last 4 kilometres of road to reach the hotel, is extremely rutted. For that reason I will probably not stay there again.

What a wonderful experience! The property was beautiful! The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved our stay!
Tasting menu was a lovely experience!

Cons:

The tasting menu was lovely experience, but we had to wait quite a while between courses. the second night we ordered from the menu while others were having the tasting menu. The service could have been better. maybe separate the tasting menu area from the rest of the diners who order from the menu.
The staff at reception were helpful when we booked the sip and paint activity but unfortunately, they forgot to set it up for the time requested. Also, when we checked out it was not charged, we had to remind them which delayed our check out. Overall they were friendly and helpful

A great place to stay in the midlands.

Dinners (a la carte) took too long to arrive unless meals were pre-ordered much earlier in the day.
