Hotel assistant don’t even know to speak english. Once i reach there, there is no room for me because they dont have any confirmation of my booking. So i need to wait until room is available so i can check in. On check in they will kerp your passport as a guarantee. This is not the proper way. Why somebody else need to keep your passport in foreign state. Not recommended to stay for family, because too many prostitude around that area.

Room,ambiance,location is worth it. Rate is worth to pay its just there are two main dissapointing issues I have encountered during my stay. the receptionist was so rude.No training I guess I can understand that but when I show my booking under Hotel .com her face was change she was blur for everything doesnt understand basic English which is needed when u are a receptionist.. I stil let it go she manage to check us in anyway after someone came in and help her.But heres the worst since I only book for 1night i decided to rebook for another 2nights .So I go down at 12noon check out time and inform here that I rebook two more night and showed by bookig confirmation.I asked her if I can stil stay the same room or she wil give me another room.again her face was angry..how rude. I dont understand why shes upset ..?so she just let us go and said ok so for me I get it we can still stay the same room our luggage stil there inside anyway.. We go out and had our lunch when we came back our room was totally open and all our things we left in the table was not there.I was a bit of angry.. our things is inside how come they left our room open anyone can get in . I call the housekeeping and asked why. they immediately apologize as they did not know we are extending .I pity and understand them its actually receptionist fault.its not busy no queing c/in n out why she not informed housekeeping its basic.My god its stressfull.
2.Internet is terrible than worse .please rectify.
