Authentisch, sympathisch, freundlich, sehr gutes Restaurant.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, schönes ruhiges Zimmer mit Blick in die Berge. Für Radreisende ideal, abgesperrte Garage mit E-Lademöglichkeit. Sehr gutes Restaurant im Haus - es war alles perfekt, gern jederzeit wieder.

Hochpreisiges Hotel mit Verbesserungsbedarf
Pros:

Das Hotel hat ein gutes Restaurant mit atemberaubendem Blick auf die Berge. Es liegt in direkter Nähe der Radwege nach Italien und Slowenien und ist auf Radreisende oder per Auto kommende Gäste eingerichtet.

Cons:

Es ist das beste Haus am Platz und man hat entprechend mit einem hohen Übernachtungspreis zu rechnen, der leider nicht im Verhältnis zur unterkühlten Behandlung der Gäste steht: Wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen. Zudem hatten wir für abends nicht vorreserviert und wurden nur unwillig platziert, wobei es offensichtlich genügend freie Tische gab.
Italienisches Frühstück ist zwar mit kontinentalem nicht zu vergleichen, aber wir hätten uns hier auch mehr Qualität und Auswahl am Buffet gewünscht.

Bene la pulizia, lo staff e le capacità professionali di tutti lo staff.
Buona la colazione, unico appunto mancava la frutta fresca, ma compensato da
Varietà di prodotti offerti. Miglioramenti: meno prodotti confezionati e maggiori prodotti delle vostre zone.
