Vale a estadia apenas para uma pernoite rápida
Pros:

A localização é ótima. Cama grande e confortável. Chuveiro forte.

Cons:

Não gostei da falta de limpeza profunda do quarto, principalmente no banheiro: praticamente todos mofado no teto, inclusive cheirando a mofo. Os rejuntes tb bem sujos, a ventilação interna do banheiro com muita poeira, algo fácil de manutenção mas não é feita, as louças não recebem uma limpeza a muito tempo. As fronhas apesar de parecerem ter sido limpas estavam cheias de marcas de uso e os vidros das janelas imundos.

Boa, mas poderia ser melhor!

Cama gigante muito confortável

Cons:

Atendimento muito indiferente,e não fomos informados que o flat passava por reformas. Todas as minhas fotos tem um andaime no fundo.

Local excelente, ótima localização, conforto.
Pros:

A localização é excelente , proximo a varias comodidas como restaurantes e padaria

Cons:

No meu caso seria interessante o anfitrião manter um par de taças de vinho já que o hotel onde a acomodação esta localizada não tem premiação para empréstimo. Seria interessante manter a geladeirinha fora do sistema elétrico que precisa do cartão de acesso ao quarto.

Me fizeram ir para o local , aguardar , e quando deu o horário falaram q tinha um vazamento. Trocou o local , gastei com outro táxi e lá, cancelaram.
