The Nature Residency - A Riverside Resort in Leh

Very shabby place. Looks nothing like in pics. We were received with mosquitoes. Even full leh does not has mosquitoes that too not only in the rooms but also in open areas.
We were provided a used room without cleaning. Bedding was dirty and full of earlier guests' hair. Bathroom was full of hair. Yuck food. Owner was drunk and tried to make good the loss by sweet talking but that is not enough.
Inter com was not working. Washroom received water after our third reminder on phone that too very low pressure.
Half the premises was under renovation. Hotel was full of labour.
Fed up with this we shifted to another hotel next morning. Then also the receptionist asked us for more money knowing the fact we had paid more than half of our three day stay total.
To Summarize never go to this place.

A nice place to relax and just calm down your nerves. The rooms were clean so were the bathrooms. Stayed for a day. Breakfast by the water felt so good. The food is good too. It’s a 12 mins drive from the main Mall Road. The staff is nice and very helpful with a smile.

This location is a beautiful and peaceful retreat, offering a serene and tranquil environment. It's an ideal place for those seeking relaxation and escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. However, it is situated a bit away from the main Leh market, making it less convenient for frequent trips to town for shopping or dining.

This hotel was quite amazing in every aspect. We enjoyed the Breakfast that offered everything you could ever want. The service was exceptional. Anything what comes to your mind is immediately fulfilled. Staff are really actively working on your vacation to be perfect. Accommodation was very comfortable and spacey. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to return.

All the good words written by other are true- this really is a great hotel. We chose it for quite time - which was exactly what we got. The facilities, presentation and rooms are really excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. The food on the buffet counter is very extensive and of superb quality. These are just some of the reasons we will keep coming back.

Superb! This was the first time we had visited this hotel and we weren't disappointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the hotel has excellent facilities. The staff are really amazing, nothing is too much trouble and they all seem happy to serve guest, helpful with a positive in a can do manner to make our stay memorable. First time here but not the last.

The accomodation was beautiful, the room and the view was fantastic. Very quite and peaceful place, just what we wanted. Check-in was smooth and every small detail thought of and catered for. The staff work so incredibly hard. There is such a wide range of food that is amazing quality, we've not had food good as this whilst on holiday. We will be returning hopefully very soon! Thank you to all the staff who made our trip so memorable.

So sad to be going home! Had the best holiday at this fantastic hotel. That feeling and experience is not something you can put a price on. The surroundings are beautiful but what truly makes it special is the amazing staff, never ever have we met such high quality of customer service. From the very beginning to the very end, all that mattered to them was that we had the best stay ever.

And then there's the accommodations, the room are to be a high standard and spacious, clean, bright and just all in all very high quality all around. You also need to book breakfast here as it has lots of choice and very fresh.

We will not be hesitating to come back again! If you are looking to stay.... do it! You will not be disappointed.

Was an amazing experience.It was super comfortable staying over here.The staff was friendly and helpful. The view was just superb. The food was average but good. We had a dish called Chhurpe it was delicious. There are lots of varieties in the menu according to their food customs and we tried most of it. Stay was good. Clean rooms and nice service as well.

SUPERB RESORT WITH AWESOME VIEWS

Was with my family at this place. Must say, a great place with awesome views. The resort provided a serene backdrop for quality family time.  The room was very comfortable. Food was the delicious, service was excellent, staff was very friendly and we felt like we are staying in our home. Unlike other hotels I saw in Leh, this place had huge space to unwind. Overall an excellent experience, highly recommended to people travelling to this Paradise on earth.

I had a great time at The NatureResidency. Location-wise, the Nature Residency is truly a gem. Situated alongside a pristine river, the resort provides a unique opportunity to immerse oneself in the untamed beauty of Ladakh. The flowing waters create a soothing ambience, as the gentle sound of the river accompanies your every moment, whether you're relaxing in your room or enjoying the resort's outdoor spaces. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was commendable, providing both comfort and a touch of rustic charm.  I highly recommend it and cannot wait to return for another unforgettable retreat amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Ladakh.

Best services…very friendly staff specially the manager stenzin and the girl manager at reception and specially the staff in f n b dhara singh, ajeet singh,suresh singh the all are very good at their services…the room is very good and new and location is very beautiful near to the river and near to the airport and tariff is pocket friendly thankyou nature residency

Enjoyed every moment of our stay The staff and management is very friendly and helpful Food was good and so the cleanliness part The rooms r spacious with broad windows which gives us beautiful view of mountains and stream flowing byThe place being away frm main bazar is a plus

Very nice property, Clean and Spacious rooms. Reception and House Keeping staff is very Polite and courteous. Food Quality is fantastic (you will feel like dining at home). The Manager (Mr. Stanzin) of the Hotel is very helpful and supportive. He helped my family when we required medical help at 2AM, always fall short of words to thank him. Like 'Stanzin', there's another gentleman, 'Mr. Thinlay' who drove us in Cab and made our travel experience memorable. You are lucky if you get 'Thinlay' to drive the cab you are in! he will take care of you as if you are his family! Thank you everyone for your help!

Best place in leh.
Staffs are the sweetest and the property is very beautiful also it is very cled to the leh airport and the view of the river from is soo beautiful. The food they serve is also very delightful

Value for money. Amazing location little away from leh city , extremely delicious food , highly cooperative staff and manager. 10/10 marks from me for food, staff, cleanliness. Amazing experience very very humble staff. River behind the resort is very scenic.
