Dirty, smokey, old and overpriced
Pros:

Near trains and shopping. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

The building is old and run down. Smoking and non-smoking rooms are mixed so everything smells like old cigarettes. The room was barely clean, sheets had been changed but the bathroom was dirty with old urine on the toilet seat. We stayed for a couple nights during Golden Week so prices were very inflated as everything decent was booked up making this an even worse place to stay because it was dirty and expensive.

静かで、ドリンクや食事のサービスが充実していて、朝食ビュッフェもお値段が良心的なのでまた宿泊したいと思えました。

できれば、バスルームにはアメニティが置いてあれば、コットンや綿棒があると良いなと思いました。
