Fantastyczny apartament. Bardzo wygodny i doskonale zlokalizowany.
Pros:

+ bardzo czyste ręczniki i pościel, z dobrej jakości materiałów!
+ odpowiednie wyposażenie kuchni i łazienki, naczynia i sztućce są nowe i niezużyte. Niczego nam nie brakowało do przygotowywania posiłków.
+bardzo wygodny materac łóżka!
+ apartamenty są nowe, urządzone neutralnie, nowymi meblami.
+ wygodne wejście do budynku, do apartamentu i winda
+ inni lokatorzy pisali, że w apartamencie jest gorąco, ale w ogóle tego nie odczuliśmy. Pani przekazująca nam klucze zapytała, czy odpowiada nam temperatura i żebyśmy dawali znać, gdyby było za ciepło/za zimno, apartamenty mają centralną wentylację, którą może sterować obsługa. Ale my czuliśmy się komfortowo, więc nie było potrzeby interweniować. W łazience jest też elektryczny grzejnik, który można włączać samodzielnie, ale nie potrzebowaliśmy tego.
+ doskonała lokalizacja - na starówce, ale tuż obok dość ruchliwej uliczki i bardzo przyjemnego placyku z pięknym, niewielkim kościołem oraz straganami z książkami. W ogóle nie czuliśmy się tam nieswojo, jak piszą niektórzy o starówce. Aby dojść do budynku nie trzeba chodzić zaułkami. Do sklepu Carrefour można było schodzić w piżamie, jest tuż pod drzwiami. Obok jest też kawiarnia, foccaceria, sklepik ze świeżym pesto i makaronem oraz sklepik rybny ze świeżymi rybami. Wszystko, co potrzebne! Do katedry San Lorenzo, do Akwarium czy do stacji metra jest 3 kroki. Apartament jest zlokalizowany w takim miejscu, że można z niego wygodnie zwiedzać zarówno północną część starówki, jak i zachodnie, nieco nowsze śródmieście oraz południową, najstarszą część Genui, można w 3-5 minut dojść do Via Garibaldi, gdzie znajdują się muzea i reprezentacyjne palazzo.
+ mini zestaw powitalny. My doceniliśmy zwłaszcza 2 butelki wody.
+ podczas 5-dniowego pobytu raz zmieniono nam ręczniki i pościel.

Cons:

- pani sprzątająca przyszła godzinę przed check-out dopytując, kiedy opuścimy apartament. Nie wyganiała nas, ale było to jednak dziwne, nigdzie wcześniej się z czymś takim nie spotkałam.

We had a very pleasant stay. The place was clean, warm, and comfortable, exactly as described. The location is in the historic old town, which is very atmospheric and central.
The staff were helpful and friendly, and everything went smoothly. We would happily stay here again.

In the evenings, some streets in the old town can feel a bit less comfortable, but this is not related to the accommodation itself, just something to be aware of.
