The hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed and the service is fantastic!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the center of Sapa, making it easy to explore the town. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They even provided us with complimentary priority line access, which made our visit much more convenient and enjoyable.
The breakfast was outstanding, with a huge variety of delicious food and everything you could need. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

Our stay at Hotel de la coupole was exceptional. The interior, atmosphere, and staff were incredible. Each day spent at the hotel was memorable with its beautiful pool, Michelin restaurant, and fast access to the attraction of fansipan. My partner and I enjoyed our time spent at the beautiful spa where Thanh assisted us and did a 10/10 massage on my partner where it resolved underlying muscle pain. Not only his skills was exceptional but the service and friendly smile were unforgettable. He had made my partner and I’s anniversary something we could never forget and will definitely look forward to see again. The hotels French escape was ethereal and the location made it even better - the city was central and a walk to cafes was less than 5 minutes. We had a lovely time!! 100% recommend for couples, families, and solo travellers for that beautiful escape!
The property was amazing. However, we would receive random calls at 6AM in the morning from other guests, this occurred every morning during our stay.
The hotel is easily one of the most aesthetically decorated hotels I’ve been to. Every corner looks artsy, well designed and implemented. Breakfast spread is excellent and so is food in other restaurants. Its location is also very convenient, connecting to the station for furnicular to Fanxipan cable car, and 5 mins walk to the Stone Church. My family also likes the indoor warm and beautiful swimming pool. I like everything about the hotel and its services.
There are big tour groups checking in and out the hotel everyday. We tried the hotel’s bar several time but could never really relax or enjoy the drinks because there are just too many people (young children included) posing for pictures non stop or talking loudly together. It’s a shame because the hotel’s vibe was gone. It looks more like a stop for instagram tours than a good place to vacate and chill.
