The hotel was in an excellent location, just on the edge of town making it lovely and quiet but easy walking distance to the busy parts of town. The pool, bars and restaurants were beautiful.
The facilities were excellent with a lovely pool and gym, the only problem was that the gym was rather hot and only had 1 fan to cool the area. I don’t think it had A/C or if it did it wasn’t switched on.

La chambre était exceptionnelle.
Le lit est confortable et rien ne manque en coussins, couette. La clim/chauffage fonctionne bien et assez silencieusement pour dormir. La TV est grande, thé et café sont fournis ainsi que des bouteilles d'eau filtrée en quantité généreuse.
L'emplacement bagage et la penderie sont grands, avec de nombreux cintres, un fer a repasser et une table sont dans la chambre.
La salle de bain est grande et bien fournie, avec nombreuses serviettes et tout le nécessaire de produits si besoin. L'eau coule bien et est bien chaude dans la douche.
L'ensemble est très joliment décoré.
Le personnel est aux petits soins et toujours disponible. Nous sommes passés par l'hôtel pour réserver une sortie à Fansipan, cela vaut le coup car la station de train est juste à côté, avec accès direct depuis l'hôtel.
La piscine est incroyable et vaut le détour, un plaisir après une randonnée en extérieur.
Le bar est très bien avec des cocktails intéressants et de la nourriture snacking de haut niveau.
Le petit dej est superbe, avec beaucoup de choix de bonne qualité.
La chambre mériterait une 2e chaise et une petite table pour s'installer.
Les LEDs présentes dans la chambre sont trop lumineuses: horloge qui éclaire toute la chambre en blanc, et lumière bleue sur les interrupteurs éteints près de la tête de lit, une couleur ambrée aurait été plus agréable.
Ces détails sont tout ce que nous avons trouvé d'imparfait, et n'ont pas impacté négativement notre séjour.

Amazing stay at Hotel de la Coupole Sapa! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning design, a great location, and excellent service. A special mention to **Ngoc and Brian**, who were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. They made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Sapa. Highly recommended!
