Extraordinary hotel which you should definitely try if you can manage it.
Pros:

The breakfast was 5 star, the pool was sensational. The fact that it is built right on top of the station is a huge bonus.The building itself is extraordinary. The architect was so clever and the interior designer must have had so much fun fitting the place out. If you can afford it definitely stay here. We thought it was one of the cleverest hotels we have stayed in.

Cons:

Nothing although the little cafe on the ground floor was very annoying. There was nothing you could buy and eat quickly. I just needed a quick snack before going out and it was going to take 20 minutes to come out. Similarly with dinner upstairs. When we asked how long it would be to get the first course they said 1/2 an hour which was very off putting. We stayed and it didn't take that long but we nearly walked out. I wonder how many do. The food was great.

Cons:

Very formal, would love to have sit on the balcony. For the price, you would think breakfast would be included. Not a smoking friendly hotel.

Pros:

La Coupole est un véritable coup de cœur. Dès l’arrivée, on est saisi par la vue spectaculaire sur les rizières en terrasses et les montagnes enveloppées de brume un cadre à couper le souffle.

Le service est aux petits soins, attentionné et discret, exactement ce qu’on attend d’un établissement de ce standing. On se sent vraiment pris en charge.

Les chambres sont confortables, élégamment décorées, avec une attention particulière aux détails.

One of the most beautiful hotels I've been too
Pros:

Its pricey for Vietnam, but this is a world-class property. Probably the most beautiful hotel I've ever been to. The pool is incredible.

Cons:

Service could have been a bit more attentive for the catagory of hotel. I asked for more towels in my room and they never came.

Amazing hotel
Pros:

An exceptional 5-star experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the luxurious ambiance and warm welcome. The room was incredibly spacious, spotless, and offered a stunning view. The customer service was world-class—staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet had an amazing international selection. And thank you so much Ms. Dien Chic restaurant help full. Highly recommended!
