Everything was very clean. It was in the centre and the station to Fansipan was right in the hotel. The breakfast was amazing.

Not enough restaurants and vegan food options
It is the largest and most efficiently run hotel in the area. Definitely well decorated, and very beautiful architecturally and interior-wise. It is also located very centrally in the town, and makes walking to anything very easy.
Some of the finishing on certain parts of the room was sloppy/messy, paint, etc. Not as polished or refined as it could be. Bathroom walls were a little dirty with some stains/darkening.

Overall, our stay at The Gallery Hotel was okay. The food was delicious, and the hotel itself is very beautiful. The decoration and atmosphere are really impressive and give a luxury feeling.
However, the service did not meet expectations. The staff seemed very busy and often tried to handle multiple guests at the same time. While speaking with us, they would also talk to others, which felt rushed and not very attentive. It didn’t feel like they were fully listening to or understanding guests’ needs.
Also, the hotel is already quite expensive, but it often felt like they were trying to charge extra for more things, which made the experience less comfortable.
Overall, while the hotel looks like a five-star property, the service did not match that level.
The decor was amazing. As was the room. Very different and well put together. Colours amazing. Coffee lounge great to relax . Food was exceptional and well priced.

Absolutely nothing! This was a lovely hotel. We did have loud kids in a room next to us, but we were quickly able to move rooms, which ended up being an inside room with the courtyard view and it was so quiet.
Very beautiful, prestige hotel. Exceptional indoor pool and facilities. The staff is great, fluent in english and very attentionate. They left a cake in our room with Happy Birthday written in chocolate coulis on the day of my birthday. This was a much appreciated gesture. I received outstanding service from Lei, the woman at the Cacao coffee shop in the hotel.
The breakfast was overpriced and average in taste.

Guests have to book the sauna & steam room, this lacked any clear instructions. We arrived at our appointed time thinking my husband & I could go together and were directed to the male & female facilities. My husband was hoofed out after the apparent half hour slot and he asked if someone could pass on a message to me that he would meet me back at the room. The person he spoke to said he could just join me. It was a bit chaotic.
