Would absolutely come back to stay again
Pros:

Rooms were modern and clean and the location was perfect - walking distance to every where we wanted to go.

Secure entrance to the hotel and secure parking was a bonus.

Cons:

The shower was tiny I’m a ladies size 12 and if I was any bigger I would not have fitted in it.

Blackpool heat wave
Pros:

Great location right behind coral island and the prom. Lovely host who was very welcoming thank you.

Cons:

Tiny Rooms, Very uncomfortable bed the worst bed we have ever stopped in, the springs stuck in our backs, feels like the mattress has been on for over 40 years!!! the bedroom lights stay on all night so you can't sleep as they won't turn off! No tea and coffee facilities for you to have a brew in the bedroom, and very loud noise from the bar area until gone 2am which is disrespectful to guests who want to sleep. Will not be back to this hotel, and would advise to go else where if you want a good comfortable nights sleep.

Pros:

Clean enough and the staff was very welcoming and talked us through the facilities. The room and bathroom were very small but the shower was quite good. Bed was reasonably comfortable.

Cons:

The location is bad. The road seems to attract all manner of drunken fools and druggies shouting and screaming at each other until about 3am and this was on a Wednesday. I made the mistake of not requesting a room at the back.
Being a warm night a fan would have been welcome but the cost was an extra £7.

Good hosts and great food but it's a no from us.
Pros:

If I was to give a review for the food I would give a solid 10 and we will definitely order when we come to Blackpool again.
Hosts were both lovely and very hard workers juggling everything between the 2 of them.
If I was to be asked if we would stay again, I would sadly have to say no, not because the place is bad just because it's just not big enough for a family of 5 to stay in, me and my partner couldn't sleep properly in the tiny double bed and the room during a heatwave was just to much, again that wasn't the owners fault but this review may help others with a larger family.

Cons:

On arrival after a long drive we were just dying to have a coldish shower, we couldn't because the water was boiling and the mixer tap was broken, we weren't made aware of this on arrival despite the owner knowing, so we couldn't shower the 3 children because they would of been burned, so not only was the room boiling hot we couldn't cool down with a shower and a fan was £7 extra. We were made aware that their was no tea and coffee facilities in the room but there was a coffee machine down stairs, the room where said coffee machine was and the dining area which we were looking forward to sit in for dinner, there was women getting hair and make up done from when we arrived at 2pm until gone 11pm again we didn't know this before arrival when going to grab a morning coffee the machine was not working and again the dining area was full of people getting hair and make up done and we didn't fancy being charged £10 for ringing the bell before 9am. Before staying I would advise people to check all the extra charges for little things you may not expect to pay for like fans and the likes.

Pleasantly surprised
Pros:

Overall, I was pleasantly surprised. Clean, nice, modern room. Great location to where I was going out and as other reviews have said, the owner knows his job.

I would stay again.

Cons:

My only little complaint is the music downstairs in the main bit came on just after 8am on a Sunday. It's on in the day as well which you can hear in the room but it's off later on.

Ideal weekend b&b
Pros:

This is a lovely little b&b, very clean and nice decor. The owner was really helpful and friendly. It was only a 10 minute walk to the main strip. Really good value for money.

Cons:

The rooms and ensuite are small, so if you are a person of larger dimensions this may not be for you.

Connor was a great host who didnt seem to stop all day long. His burgers and were top notch aswell
