Wonderful hosts, great facilities and an unbeatable location
Pros:

The staff are unbeatable - so friendly and accommodating. The facilities are fantastic , my little girl was thrilled with the arcades especially. Rooms are basic but very clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will definitely come back again

Pros:

The host - very welcoming, gave us a quick tour of the building on arrival.
Food - we tried the award winning burgers and was not disappointed probably the best burger ive ever had 😋
Very nice family ran hotel, will definitely be booking again.

Cons:

No parking, no fault of the hotel, they had limited spaces but unfortunately was full on our arrival.

Lovely, family friendly, comfortable
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming checking was easy, the rooms are not very big but they do tell you that before you book but it was big enough for 2 adults and 3 children. The tv has Netflix which was very convenient for getting the little ones settled. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. They have a games room, burger bar and lots going on for the children. We will definitely be returning.

Cons:

Not much parking with the hotel but plenty of car parks around

Great few days away.
Pros:

The homemade burgers here are the best 10/10.
The bar is well stocked and Connor and Tiger are great lads that makes your stay even better

Pros:

The hotel was lovely. Staff were amazing and went above and beyond at all times. They make you feel very welcome from the get go!. Rooms were clean and tidy and contained everything you could possibly need. The only one downside for myself personally is the stairs. Everything else was perfect and hassle free from start to finish.Parking also onsite for a small cost which is really handy and very secure plus a large carpark a few doors down from the hotel. Close range to all shops and central Blackpool attractions. Amazing!

Great place, friendly staff, Prime location - Highly recommended!
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, very clean, and with a friendly staff. Even though they don't have a fridge in the rooms, they agreed to store my milk and yogurts in the staff's fridge. The room was exactly what I needed: a bed and toilet/shower. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay at Blackpool, especially if you're traveling alone.

Cons:

I would improve 2 things: Put a small fridge in the rooms (or make a guest fridge available in the lobby), and fix the temperature of the hot water in the showers - there is a warning sign in the shower about "extremely hot water", yet the water coming from the shower was lukewarm water (I didn't have to switch on the cold water tap at all)

Pros:

Me and my 10 year old son arrived at the hotel and we were greeted by Connor, he was absolutely lovely and made us feel really welcome. We were paying to park at the hotel then heading straight to the waterpark for the day. We arrived back at the hotel and got our key and Connor talked us through everything we needed to know such as WiFi, the games room/dining area, the bar & the food/drinks menu! We were in room 18 right at the top. The room itself is beautiful, very clean! There were only a couple of minor things which were, having no lamps in the room (Had to keep the big light on) and the bathroom is very small but I understand structually that is something that can't be changed and it was immaculate! We went to coral island and had a lovely evening, we headed back to the hotel as my son wanted to use the amazing games room and play pool. We both really wanted a chinese, we were given plates and cutlery by Connor and were welcomed to eat this in the dining room, it was just us, so we felt right at home! We went up to bed, watched some tele and called it a night as we were both so tired from being on the go all day! Beds were so comfortable and there was no outside noise or general hotel noise at all! Woke up very refreshed. Connor let us keep our car parked at the hotel as we were heading to the blackpool dungeons which was really kind of him as I was concerned about parking/prices etc. Will definitely be returning when we plan to stay again! Thank you Connor

Simply, the size of the bathroom but other than that it was immaculate!
