This hotel is right in the centre of Arbroath and a lovely wee find with an extremely busy restaraunt with great vibes. Food was very tasty and well presented, room was very comfortable with all amenities, definitely come back and recommend.

Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, lekker eten, aardig personeel. Kan wel een opfrisser gebruiken.
Het is erg gehorig. Je kan soms letterlijk verstaan wat er in de kamer naast of boven je gebeurt. Er was gezorgd voor oordopjes op de nachtkastjes, maar dat vind ik niet fijn slapen.

The staff were very nice upon arrival & the bar. Located a small walk from a free car park. Easier to find if you set your maps for the car park instead of the hotel itself - tried sending me up one way roads. Room was a nice small double good value for money. It is an old building so expect to hear some noise.
Room 7 had the squeakiest bed which drove me nuts. The tap in the bathroom sink needs replaced asap it’s well worn.
The room was cosy and the restaurant and bar in the hotel was top tier. Very friendly staff. Near the theatre. Conveniently located.
One of the spoons in hotel was quite dirty and the floor boards are quite creaky. Thin walls also mean sound can come through when trying to sleep
The staff were super friendly and helpful. One female member of staff in particular couldn't do enough for us. I didn't get her name sadly.

The staff were extremely pleasant and friendly. I really didn’t like entering the hotel via the restaurant, but the restaurant workers accepted us and always greeted us.
The double bed was too small for two people. As implied above, I found it uncomfortable entering the hotel through the restaurant, passing by the customers eating at the tables.
