My room was a bit small and the wooden bed frame not so good as my partner bumped into it a few times 🙄
We have stayed a few times in different seasons always been excellent. Room 4 is the favourite to date.

There was only a Velux window
The bedroom was large and bed was comfortable
The toilet seat was loose and moved around when sat on, issue reported and was tightened,however the same problem continued.
There was a broken floor tile which was loose but taped down until repair when we left next day, other floor tiles were cracked.
The entrance to the shower had quite a large step which was challenging for me with mobility issues and no grab rail.
I liked that there was a lift for the higher floor. The beds were comfy. The room we got was near the off-set angled roof so we had 2 windows at an unusual angle and it’s very cool! Both windows had black out blinds.
Honestly… nothing on the staff or the hotel, but it was sheer bad luck for mines and dads stay because the WiFi box was down and even with the staff rebooting the box like 5 times — it remained down during our stay.

The room was nice but breakfast was not included, however there was a good selection of options at a reasonable price.
The bar was a bit pricey But had a good stock.
The fan in the room barely worked so the room became unpleasant in what was a warm but not unduly hot night. Bathroom not particularly clean. Needed Binos to watch the small TV. Staff were pleasant. We were happy to leave and do not feel tempted to eat in the bar/restaurant.
Ropy hotel. Frayed round the edges. Dirty. Useless equipment such as the fan in the room being sun-optimal.
Great food, lovely cocktails but the most amazing thing was the staff =so friendly, accommodating and helpful! They made our experience so much better! A great team!
Furniture in room was a bit dated!

Łazienka nie była czysta. Brakowało fug, w rogach była pleśń. Wykładzina w pokoju też nie była czysta. Na ścianach były brudne ślady i rysy
I great location . Really friendly helpful staff
Room was clean but furniture is old and tired . Seagulls noise kept me awake ( I know early are supplied) but it was a noisy night and I didn’t sleep. Was also disturbed by the people in next room . Could hear them chatting , going to the toilet , snoring etc .
