Lovely place to stay with only a short walk to get to Arbroath cliffs which are well worth a visit.
Pros:

Perfect location, lovely staff and good possibilities for food in the restaurant. All in all a nice, relaxing place to stay

Cons:

Some furniture could use an upgrade, or simply a fixing. Bed side tables were incredibly wobbly and toilet seat was the wrong size for the toilet. Shower door was very very difficult to open.

Had a busy day with family & was quite happy to fall into bed

The breakfast was very good & the atmosphere was nice & relaxed. Staff are very attentive,nothing much else is needed.

There are lovely people and wonderful meals at the Townhouse.
Pros:

It was convenient and cozy

Cons:

A bit noisy, but they gave us little ear plugs for the pigeons in the morning. Rarely woke us up

Noisy but clean anonymous hotel
Pros:

It had lift access. It was in the right place for our cycle trip. It had cycle storage. The staff were really lovely and helpful.

Cons:

It was very anonymous. Cycle storage a little worrying re security. Lots of noise from other guests - poor or no sound insulation.

Staff helpful and very friendly. Good choice for breakfast with reasonable prices. The location is good, easy walk to the seafront.

Excellent overnight stay in the Townhouse Hotel Arbroath
Pros:

Our room looked to have been recently decorated and was really comfortable. It was an accessible room which meant the bathroom was really large, which was a bonus !
Hotel location is good and was great for us as we were going to the Webster Theatre right across the road.
The hotel has a god size bar and dining area and is generally pretty busy, which is good.
Staff at the hotel are really friendly too.

Friendly staff but frustratingly no wifi in the room.
Pros:

Very welcoming and helpful staff, and thankfully there is a lift to the second floor.

Cons:

The wifi didn't work in my room & the room was a bit small for the furniture
