Excellent stay and I will return soon
Pros:

Staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Room was large and very comfortable. Gym is very good. Breakfast is fantastic.

Cons:

Room was very cold and I found it hard to control the temperature. Gym is good but the cable machine does not have the equipment for triceps push-downs etc, no ropes or V bar etc

Personnel accueillant et aidant, parle très bien anglais, communication fluide avec le personnel. Pas de soucis à déplorer, la vue depuis la chambre (étage 21) est fabuleuse.
Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, je n'ai pas pu tester le restaurant malheureusement. Toutefois, j'ai pu voir qu'un service en chambre était possible et que les plats proposés sont variés et appétissants.

Le check-out se fait à 12h en dernière horaire ce qui est très arrangeant pour ceux qu'ils veulent dormir un peu plus !

Lovely stay and they surprised us too!
Pros:

Everything! Spacious and great service! It was our second time we stayed here! We only had room only without breakfast. Happy with the facilities, as we used gym and it was quite good for hotel gym.

Cons:

Could improve the staff with English ability in case they would bump into a foreigner. If they could add water dispenser and microwave would be a great. Protip: going in with the car to the lobby quite hassle as you have to drive around the block but if you just stop in front of the hotel and walk to the lobby would be fine.

Very spacious room, comfortable bed, ideal location near malls, a nice Nasi Padang restaurant nearby.
