Good breakfast
Very uncomfortable hard bed
Good, safe, quiet location (I didn't mind the train line at all). Lovely bird song and great facilities nearby for food.
I'm a return customer; I suffer from a spinal injury and my main criticism is that this time I found the mattress in my room was far too soft, which didn't provide enough support and aggravated my spinal condition.
We were greeted warmly at reception and given our key. The room was clean as was the bathroom, although having arthritis in my hands, I found the soap dispensers hard to use. It was a very quick overnight stay with an early out in the morning so we did not have chance to try the breakfast.
A little outdated. Needs a revamp.

Only enough milk for 1 cup of coffee had to wait until 8am for more. Coffee machine at breakfast when getting two cups it was that slow your first cup went cold waiting for the other
