前台和客服的服务非常细致、体贴、专业，整体感受非常舒适。离曾厝安美食街和沙滩很近，但一点也不吵。早餐很棒！
我们的孩子11岁，三个人睡有一点不舒服。如果大床再大一点，或者有家庭房可以备选更好。
Les chambre spacieuses et la grande cabine de douche ansi que le grand lit comfortable.
Nous n'avons pas aimé :
- l'accueil de la jeune réceptionniste qui a voulu nous faire payer les tarifs des chambres plus chers que ce qui a été prévu avec Booking lors de la réservation. Heureusement qu'une responsable a pu la corriger.
- les bruits tôt le matin causé par les travaux à côté de l'hôtel même le 1er janvier.
- le restaurant de l'hôtel ferme très tôt
- le fait que beaucoup de petits services sont payants comparé aux autres hôtels de gamme inférieure où ils sont offerts. Trop accès sur l'argent. Dommage!
飯店房間舒適、乾淨，地點離曾厝垵很近，在海邊步行悠閒自在！前台服務員都很禮貌客氣，尤其一位penny 服務員熱心協助我們訂鼓浪嶼船票，再機會會想再回住。
Close to the beach, close to the food markets
The reception staff aren’t very friendly, no smile , apart from the one male staff. Rooms and hotel overall was not clean, dirty marks on the wall and on the floor, need a freshen up for sure not the room keeping staffs issue. The first room we stayed in smelt like sewer , the male staff helped us change into a different room and smelt ok.

房間門簾還發霉、衛生間花灑分岔還不換、水壓有夠小！
衛浴門關不緊！水都會往外溢出。爛死
大廳熱到爆，沒有自動門，晚點到酒店沒有門衛幫你開門！提大包小包還要拉那扇很重的門！！
外賣要到門口拿，沒人會理你，很像垃圾！
地理位置超偏僻，烏漆媽黑，只有一間便利店

第一次住到這麼差的，已打算向希爾頓總部投訴。
接待人員小段服務很好面帶笑容，讓抵達後入住有好心情，離開時漏掉皮帶在房間，房務大姐打掃時看到，酒店聯絡我，非常謝謝彩霞大姐發現並提出來，皮帶還是新買的，另外彩霞大姐也很細心，有一晚不小心把防曬乳堆在毛巾裡，我自己後來出門都忘了擦，彩霞大姐還有發現幫我放好，太細心了，感謝。

I like the hotel overall design and set up.
Its located in the residential area , walkable distance to an open air mall.
Its not in the main island of Xiamen where the train stations/ airport are however its only around 20 mins to main city where tourists attraction are located.
There is no one stand by at the door, but receptionist are happy to help with your luggages.
Hotel breadfast are satisfactory.
Had a quiet and pleasant stay.

Location is a bit far from the stuff to do in Xiamen.

we stay at two bedroom suite, the housekeeping did very great they everyday cook different dessert put in a warmer put at
our room everynight with a little note make us felt warm after a tired day.... front desk did great too i need outside laundry service they help me to find and contact. i like everything about this hotel for sure will stay again if i got chance to travel to xiamen again.
Location is good and near the beach
The room isn’t quite clean (e.g. hair on the floor and carpet, smelly sheets)
The staff confused the bookings (i.e. king room given instead of twin room) and insisted on telling me that my bookings were incorrect and asked me to sort it out myself. A quiet room was specially requested, but a room near the main street was given. Not enough air circulation, didn’t feel comfortable especially after a shower.
We stayed for a few nights. Bed sheets were never changed and didn’t even get changed when a request was made.
After checked out, no receipt was provided for how much it was spent for the overall stay, and the staff weren’t friendly when the request was made for providing the information. This is very disappointing for the hotel standard like Hilton.
