Comfortable and clean.
Pros:

I stayed one night and I liked it, clean, near to where I was working, comfortable bed, TV channels in English available, courtesy water boiler for tea. I went back two days later. Front desk personnel was very kind, fluent in English which sometimes is hard to find in small cities.
